Let's go to the beach, each.
Episode was mediocre as I expected. Eevee just joined Serena without a battle which was lame imo, and Team Rocket wasted time harassing Serena and Eevee. Serena's Showcase practice was all that I liked.

actually i prefer this one, Eevee joining the cast without a battle. we already saw Serena catching Pancham by doing the battle so i guess its fine, well another TR failed getting pokemon episode again xD(heck they should catch that Eevee during the midnight lol)
and i wanna correct this,Serena did not actually practice here, she just showing performance to Eevee,saying that she and her pokemon got attract by Eevee's Dance, so she wants to show her feelings to Eevee by dancing too( since Eevee keep running away from them, she lure it by doing performance)

I actually really like Eevee. I thought the whole shy thing would detour her in battle but Eevee showed that she becomes a badass in battle which I love. I also love that Eevee and Bunnelby seem to share a cute little bond and that Bunnelby seems to have a little crush xD.

I totally ship Bunnee <3!!!!

Eevee was sooo cute with that flower tiara and I was mad that Jessie almost ruined things for Serena. I was glad that Eevee trusted Serena and let himself get caught at the end. Good episode. :3

Eevee is adorable. I like that all of Serena's Pokémon have an accessory that she herself gave to them. Chespin and Pancham are frenemies and now it seems Bunnelby and Eevee will be friends.

It weird that their trainer didnt interact much like their pokemon after 90 episode, great episode btw 9/10 :)

Pros:

* KEK Yung Smogonfrog mocking Lucha and then spitting water in his face - the BM

* Bunnelby relating to Eevee's shyness - what a standup lagomorph

* Bunnelby letting Chespin get the blame - what a troll lagomorph

* Eevee dancing in the moonlight; yeah, I know she's likely going to be a Sylveon, but please, Umbreon...

* Serena diving for Eevee; based, determined Serena is best Serena...now if they only brought back the Ep1/Ep2 Sassmaster..


Cons:

* Once again Luxray sleeps and stares and does nothing...*sigh*

* Ah yes, TR serving as plot fodder so Serena/Eevee can form that connection


Thoughts:

* Eevee/Pikachu/Bunnelby love triangle incoming?

* Funny and sad that Serena's and Clemont's Pokemon have more of a bond than their trainers..



As for as the capture episodes have gone in XY, this one definitely was not the best. Ended up feeling rather run of the mill, but not bad.

Okay, time for this episode's review:

At last, the Eevee that is destined to be come Serena's finally appears. So, a capture episode. But, like some other user has said before me, this capture wasn't one of the best I have seen in XY. But still, in the end of the day, Serena got another Pokémon for her Showcases. Its shy character gives me May's Bulbasaur vibes for some reason though. Also, why no one watched Meowth dancing? Poor Pokémon...

A so-so episode, but still good nonetheless 7/10

Not a bad episode, Eevee was adorable and I'm glad it's finally on the cast. Okay at this point Bunnelby's gotten like what 5 episodes of screentime lol

The part I liked best was that
Serena caught Eevee. The flower wreath seems cute though but disappointing that it didn't appear in later episodes.
. Still an alright episode, but not as intense as other episodes.

My first thought was that I was glad to see an Eevee.

So in a future Pokémon game, a new option in the battle menu will allow trainers to befriend ALL pokemon. No one fights anymore, conflicts are settled through talking and there is world peace. Except that would probably be a really boring game.

I guess it is kind of silly for me to criticize a fantasy show for being too unrealistic but Pokemon in general is not as one dimensional as it is being made to look here. Friendship is important but this method of capturing Pokemon is starting to become overused. I can appreciate that the partnership theme is front and center but it should not be smothering everything else out of episodes.

Befriending Pokemon is supposed to happen gradually over time, not just instant best friends forever at first glance.

I laughed when Chespin got the blame for eating the puffin.
Luxray should just get released if they don't plan on him doing anything...... ever. And I hate how they chose Bunnelby of all things as Eevee's "protector" should have been Hawlucha or Frogadier...... good Pokemon.
And Meowth's dancing was fantastic

The one thing that bugged me about this episode is that they gave Eevee a dubbed voice again. I personally don't mind whether or not the give it one but, after they alternate between whether or not to give Eevee a dubbed voice for each saga, it starts to get a little ridiculous, I mean, first May's had a dub voice, which grew on me eventually, but then Virgil's Eevee had its original Japanese voice actor just like they did in the 4Kids dub, so I thought they were going to do this for Eevees from now on. It's a minor detail, but I just wish PUSA would make up their mind on this and stick to a decision -_-

While it was nice to see Serena capture Eevee I would have liked it more if she could. Have gotten one of the other forums of it like Umbreon.

I loved how they kept Eevee's cute personality and as well there was some close instances of the Japanese voice for Eevee.
