Unknown to the world, a great evil is emerging from the power of technology. Who could be creating this great evil? The maniacal man's name is Tensoon. Why would he create an evil that could threaten the world? Well, let me tell you about his past.
Years ago, Tensoon was a regular scientist, who did a normal scientist's job, trying to figure out what started the universe and what-not. His main focus was to discover the true secret to evolution. He always wondered, if training, trading, happiness and stones are really the reason to a pokemon evolving. Tensoon doubted this and began his research.
Throughout his research, he found the real reason. What ever the reason is, it's still a mystery today. What ever he discovered, he used against mankind. He claimed that he could create a new world with this new found power.
Many of his colleagues of course mocked him for this claim, but all were mysteriously killed instantly.
He used his discovery and created an artificial human! He says that it has the reflexes of any pokemon, and is smarter by any human ten fold. He then began merging pokemon together, making strange chimeras. These strange abominations had twice the power of any pokemon out there. Even though these fused pokemon had great power, like real clones, they would die out in a matter of days. Only thing that could last for ever was the artificial human.
When the world found out the power Tensoon possessed, the Pokemon G-men came in to stop him, but all the G-men that went to stop were killed. How? That is a mystery even today.
It has been 10 years since that, and Tensoon's location is unknown. He could be in any of the regions of Kanto, Johto, Hoenn or Orre. Rumors have it, that he has created an army of artificial humans. He has enough power to take over the world, but the Pokemon G-men won't let him do that.

Basically you can either be a part of the Pokemon G-man, or you may even be part of Tensoon's artificial human army but there will be a limit on these. I will only have 5 artificial humans, but they got to be good sign-ups. If you're going to apply for the artificial humans, we warned it will be hard.
I of course will be both Lance (elite four) who was part of the G-men in the anime, and at times I will be Tensoon.
G-MEN SIGN UPS
Name: Self explanatory
Age: Must be within the ages of 17-30.
Gender: Boy or girl
Description: Tell me what you look like, but don't do some dumb stuff like this: exp.(Dan wears blue shorts. He wears a green hat. His shoes are red.) Try to keep me awake when I read this. If you do what I should you, kiss your chances good-bye.
Personality: Tell me what kind of person you are, like how you are kind, evil, useful etc. If you say you're a nice guy, give me an example of what you would do. Exp.(Dan is a nice, all around guy who would help old people cross the street,) Something like that. If you do something similar to what I told you not to do in the description, again say bye-bye to being accepted.
History: Give me a brief history. I don't want the history of your life. What I want is why you joined the G-men. If there was something that motivated you or maybe it was obligation. I want at least 3 good sentences. Plus don't give me the old cliche ****, 'My father died when i was *input number here* years old. It's getting old, so don't bother.
Pokemon: You may carry up to the normal amount of pokemon, which is 6. Your pokemon will be limited by levels. People applying for G-men are considered elites and are stronger than any gym leaders. Your pokemon can only be up to level 80, can't go higher than that. Also since some of you might try to make your team uber, only one pokemon on your team may be level 80. You can have any pokemon but legendaries, and ancient pokemon. Also you can not have pokemon that are the same level. All the pokemon on your team must be a different level.

History: Instead of brief, I want tis very detailed. From when you were first created to what you are now. (NOTE: ARTICIALS GROW FASTER THEN REGULAR HUMANS. A BABY A.HUMAN CAN BECOME A 10 YEAR OLD IN ABOUT 5 MONTHS) How did Tensoon treat you? Like his own child, or like a dog? You are very loyal to him, but why? What did he do to make you loyal? Threaten you, or motivate you?
Pokemon: Same as above, but the limit is level 90.
