Yeah i just recently finished watching all of the johto journeys, johto champions and master quest, and it's like they just forgot about it, i was really excited about what was inside but i guess we'll never know.

Slow doesn't even begin to describe it if you've apparently missed practically every episode for the last seven years.

The GS Ball was never anything more than a cheap plot device to get Satoshi and his friends into the Orange Islands and the Jouto region. The writers never planned on doing anything else with it, and if they did, they stopped caring about it. It's probably one of the biggest red herrings in anime history.

...Wait, isn't this in the FAQs? Just like about half the other questions that people ask around here?
