THE BREAKDOWN:
So here's how this tournament is going to work. Each member competing in the tournament will have to pick one 5 letter word. Once the tournament begins, the words you chose will be randomly distributed to all competing members. You must create a team whose ENGLISH letters begin with the letters in your word.

For example, say I got the word 'HEART'. That would mean I could create a team using Haxorus (H), Empoleon(E), Accelgor (A), Reuniclus (R), and Tyranitar (T). The last slot in your team will be a wildcard of your choice. Yes, this means that it can be ANY pokemon in the OU tier or lower.

In order to participate you must fill out this sign-up form:

Sign-ups will last for a week. This means that you have until Monday, March 26th to join. Once the actual tournament begins, each round will last for 1 week as well. There is an unlimited number of possible participants, but we will try to keep it to a somewhat even number depending on the level of interest.
The theme for the first round will be sports, so any 5 letter word relating to sports will be acceptable. Examples are: balls; swing; kicks; spike.
Any word with a dictionary.com definition relating to sports will be accepted. If the relationship is convoluted, you must also supply how it relates to sports.

PRIZES
1st Place: Choice of next tournament type (5 options) & 40 Credits
2nd Place: 20 Credits
3rd Place: 10 Credit
Participation: 3 Credits

Remember, all tourney matches also count towards in-clan records, so you will leave this tournament with a minimum of 4 credits if you lose your first match.
