The Grand Festival: The Seasons of Pokemon and the Reformation of Hoenn. It begins...

Draco Malfoy

-REaction
???? Dawn

A shrouded figure was walking solemnly in the dark hallways of the abandonned warehouse. The shrouded figure stopped at a large door with ancient but sinister markings over it; creating patterns of forgotten tragedies. The figure paused then opened the door. Inside was an ominous man of tall stature; he wore a shadowy cloak with a shady array of black and dark-rouge colours. His skin was a pallid shade which bore marks of pain and vengence. The sunlight was leaking through the windows but it stopped as if even the sunlight itself was afraid to touch him. In his thin long fingers, he held a small ruby shard which he carressed gently. It radiated of supernatural interevention and of wretched ancient ancestory. He quickly turned around as soon as the figure opened the door.

“Yes, my servant?” he asked. His voice was blood-chillingly cold but was infused with power. The shrouded figure opened his mouth to speak.

“Sir, the word has come that the Grunts are ready. All we now wait for is for your word of command. Also the Grand Festival has finally begun and they are registered qualified Pokemon Coordinators. Our loyal Coordinator has finally arrived at Slateport City and has been registered into the Grand Festival. Also, the word has come that Courtney has located the second shard, the Sapphire of the Seas. She is waiting for orders, Sir”

“Excellent. I knew Courtney would finally come to her senses and would be a very useful addition to us. Tell her to that she may do what she knows she must do. Execute the plan as we discussed, we are all ready.”.

“Yes, sir”

The man pointed her finger at the door. “Leave”

The shrouded figure walked obediently out of the room and he closed the door behind.

“Soon the Grand Festival will be no more and I shall crush the last resistance and be victorious! Hoenn is now mine! And no-one will be able to stop me!”

His sinister laugh filled the air as the new day began…

JoJo200, when you submit your Sign-Up, then you shall be added onto the list. If I person doesn't post their appeal in five days time since their name was called, then they shall be skipped and get a zero. The bottom three people won't make it to the next round. All your characters know about Whitney is that she sent you a letter asking you to help her out. You don't even know if she's a girl, you don't know her name and her occupation. But she said she was a high ranking Official in the Grand Festival. She said would secretly meet you after your appeal in the hall way. You were instructed not to tell a single living soul about the letter. I control Whitney, so don't even THINK about mentioned her name until your appeal. Now go on and talk to each other! Talk to your fellow Coordiantors! And be on the watch out for shady characters... Even those who are "Knocked-Out" of the Competition are allowed to stay in the Waiting Room and EVERYONE will be busy...

The X Factor: This is the Wow factor, the ingredient of your appeal which sets it apart from a normal usuage of the move by a non-Contest Pokemon)

Kim arrived back to the place she found the, back then unevolved, Krabby which had evolved into her powerful Kingler. She'd won all her ribbons with only three pokemon; they were her first pokemon, a Tyrogue, a Clefa and her Kingler. She hoped to try and catch a Vulpix before the festival begun but she was unlucky and the fire stone she had was worthless.

As Kim entered Slateport the memories of the sea port flooded back. This was the place she had found Kay (Kingler), Tai (Tyrogue) had learnt Dynamic punch and several other attacks and Clef (Clefa) had finally learnt an attack. Kim walked into the pokemon centre to gain entry into the festival.

*I'd make it longer but i dont know much else at the moment*

The Doctor

Absolute Beginner
It was 10:47 am in the city of Slateport and a hidden energy was bristling through it like static. Kids on the street corner were hunched over portable TV's in the street, shopkeepers were putting up "CLOSED" signs and Wingulls and Pelippers circled the skies, chirping merrily.

And it was all due to the Grand Festival. Without a doubt, it was the most exciting event for the city, indeed, most of Hoenn; a meeting of the best-of-the-best co-ordinators on one of the largest Contest stages in the world where these top co-ordinators were all set to dazzle the audience with some of the most beautiful appeals ever seen. The prize was the ultimate in the Contest world: the Ribbon Cup, given only to the winner of the Grand Festival and would be established as the best in the region. The ultimate prize; and Jaden Rider was close.

The fourteen-year old male stepped out of the yellow-and-chessboard design taxi, paid a total of $30, said "Thank you," to the driver and walked to the main entrance. The male was tall for his age, around 6'3, and was wearing clothes what could be described as a last-ditch effort to look 'cool'; his dark-brown hair had been streaked with blond dye and was spiked up with plenty of hair gel; his dark T-shirt was covered in a Pokémon League vest with a white Pokéball emblem on the back; his blue jeans had been redesigned to have a flame design near the end and were deliberately ripped in places; on his feet were a pair of Converse camouflage sneakers whose laces had been done up messily; on his back was a black rucksack containing his books, comics and laptop; and around his neck was a make-shift pendant out of a Red Gyarados scale.

"OK Jaden," He was saying to himself, "This is it. You've come a long way and you've worked SO hard but it's gonna be worth it. Oh yeah, 'cause you're in the Grand Festival, and you're gonna make everyone gasp in awe at your Pokémon's appeals." Jaden strode confidently through the doors and into the foyer...and immediately clasped his hands over his ears. In an instant, all confidence had vanished and he was now looking around the packed foyer feverishly; where was he supposed to go? Because of Jaden's Aspergers' Syndrome, he couldn't stand loud noises as they made his brain go overboard and turn him into 'panic mode'. Soon everything became blurred and he felt like screaming.

'Where do I go?' He though worriedly, 'What do I do? OK, relax, count to three, breathe easily, think calming thoughts; one, two, three, breathe, one, two, three...' That made things easier. Now, he could think things more clearly and focus: where do I go from here? Well, the answer, now he could think straight, was to go directly to the registration desk and register for the Grand Festival. Luckily for him, there was an open register so that was where he went. Behind the desk was a receptionist in a mauve uniform typing something on her computer.

"Good morning sir," The receptionist smiled, "Are you here for registration?"

'Well, duh,' Jaden thought; he would have said this but he was too polite to do so. "Yes," he replied.

"OK," The receptionist continued, "Could you state your full name, please?"

"Jaden Christopher Rider."

"Done that. OK, your age?"

"Sorry?" Jaden was too distracted by a nearby female; despite the fact he would turn from 'geek' to 'cockroach' in less than five seconds, it couldn't hurt to look.

"Your age, sir," The receptionist repeated.

"Oh, fourteen."

"Check. Place of birth?"

"Fallarbor Town, miss." More typing.

"Alright, well, we've got the basic details down. Just one more: list your Pokémon and their speciality."

"Roxas," Jaden answered, "Male Salamence, Cool Pokémon. Burstfire, Female Ninetales, Beauty Pokémon. Angel, Female Togetic, Cute Pokémon. Ragen, Male Slowking, Smart Pokémon. And finally, Mudball, Male Marshtomp, Tough Pokémon." The receptionist was somehow able to remember this and typed it all down.

"OK, I need to see your Contest Pass and your five Ribbons," She said briskly. Jaden took out his Pass and his Ribbon Case, allowing them to be scanned for authentication. When everything turned out green, she handed out a Devon Memory Stick and a small book with the Grand Festival logo.

"This is the Official Grand Festival Guidebook," She explained, "And this contains data on the Festival matchups, up to date and is compatible with a PokéNav or a laptop. Waiting co-ordinators need to wait in that waiting room over there." She pointed to an arrow that said 'CO-ORDINATORS ONLY WAITING ROOM'.

"Thank you, miss," Jaden said politely, and walked off to the destination. Upon arrival, he sat down on one of the cerise benches and took out his laptop. After the few minutes it took for the laptop to warm up, Jaden inserted the Memory Stick and began browsing over the details for the Grand Festival.

Kim walked up to the counter to register. "Excuse me but i'm here to enter the grand festival." She said the a woman behind the counter turned around.

"Well can i see your contests pass and ribbons please?"

"Oh yes sure." Kim said as she took out the case she held her ribbons in and her handheld computer she used as her contest pass. "By the way that computer is my contest pass. It's a kind of combination of a Poke-nav, a pokedex and a computer that holds all my information." The woman took the computer and checked through some of the files.

*I'd put more but i just need to know before the actual contest starts can i get a new pokemon first? by the way it'll bbe an Aipom i call Sepia ^_^*

Kane's heart thudded faster and faster as he approached the large, prestigous contest hall. As he was about to open the door, he took a deep breath, taking in all the surrounding sea breeze.

"This is it." He murmured to himself. Kane approached the front desk, "Excuse me, I'm registering into the Grand Festival." He shyly looked downwards, he was very nervous as he held out his contest ribbons and contest pass.

"Ok," The young receptionist nodded lightly, "Kane Aro, right?" Kane nodded lightly too, "Ok, just to make sure, are these all your pokemon?" The receptionist listed out all his pokemon, "An Absol, an Ampharos, a Hitmontop, and an Aipom." Kane nodded at all of this, "Oh, I almost for forgot, what is your hometown?"

"My hometown, its Fortree." He spoke quickly so that he wouldn't relive the day when he learned of his brother's secret, the day he decided to go to Lilycove.

"Finallly -sorry for this lack of organisation- your age?" The receptionist seemed ready to get something from her desk.

"13, I-I'm 13." Kane was still quite nervous for this event.

Afterwards, Kane was told to go to the waiting room for Coodinators. He was given a Grand Festival guide. Kane let Talia -his Aipom- out, Talia was restless a lot, so Kane figured that she might as well fool around now. Kane then arrived at the waiting room, where other Coordinators glanced to quickly see their new opponent with an Aipom on his shoulder.

"This'll be fun." Kane looked over to Talia, who grinned back towards Kane.

Zephyr walked out of the hotel with his three pokemon in tow. He was wearing a pale purple shirt and looking out the western side of the peninsula that makes up Slateport City. He jumped onto his Dragonair.

"Dragoon, could you give me a ride?" asked Zephyr. Without warning, Dragonair launched forward. Everyone knew what was going to happen and both Flygon and Espeon keep up. Above him was Flygon, and below, Espeon. He thought about his first round performance. He looked out out at the sea ahead to the east.

"Shouldn't you stay awake, Zephyr," said Espeon, telepathically, "We missed the building. Nice one, genius."

Dragonair and Flygon did midair flips to turn around and Espeon did a sharp U-turn. After a couple of seconds he found to building. He was surprised he missed it. The building was 2000 feet by 1000 feet and 150 feet tall! He found the two revolving doors. After 5 minutes waiting in the salty breeze he finally got in. He realized it wasn't smart to have his pokemon out, so he put them back in thier pokeballs and stepped in line. "Thats what I get for oversleeping," he mumbled to whoever cared. After another 45 minutes waiting in a line in the atrium. He got to the front desk.

"Name?" asked the girl at the desk, coldly.

"Well, you sound sweet," said Zephyr, sarcastically.

"Your name?" the girl asked, annoyed.

"Well, miss flirty, I'm Zephyr White. And I have a Dragonair, Espeon, and Flygon. Am a Tauros and AB+. And I'll be home in Dragon Springs if you want to visit," said Zephyr.

"The waiting room is that way," she yelled, and almost attacked.

"You don't have to yell," he said walking to the door. When he got in the Waiting Room he searched and found an empty spot to set up. He send out his pokemon and started brushing Espeon.

"I can't wait till the order is revealed," said Zephyr.

Whitest Kid U'Know.
Ruby turned yet another corner into an abandoned street in the city of Slateport. The buildings that lined the street were rather creepy; ivy crawling up their sides, wood rotting off of the doors. There were no doubt many Pikachu in there;perhaps some Pichu or Raichu as well. And there were probably many, many Spinarak.

Interrupting her thoughts of the houses, a cool wind blew her hair right into her face, which was some that annoyed her very much. She grumbled something that couldn't be heard, even if anyone else was on the street; the only other living thing, as far as Ruby knew, by her was her Typhlosion, who was being quieter than he usually was. Ruby took her 'lucky red headband out of her pack and put it on. It had given her luck several times; Ruby had thought it helped her win contests, but that was most likely not the case. After all, how could it help her win the Grand Festival...or could it? It was a mystery waiting to be found out.

Another wind blew, tingling Typhlosion's fur a bit and blowing Ruby's hair yet again, but her headband prevented it from blowing in her face. As she finally turned another corner into a less creepy street, Ruby had to talk; she couldn't stand silence.

"Are you excited?" she asked. A silly question, it was; but it was better than nothing, to Ruby.
"Rakken." Typhlosion answered. He couldn't speak in human language, of course; but he could still talk, but in his own language.
Ruby nodded. "Me too."

They continued down the street in silence for a bit, before Ruby decided that she needed more company than Typhlosion; after all, maybe Dusty would talk more. She grabbed a Premier Ball from her pack and trew it up in to the air, making sure it was high up so Dusty could make a dramatic appearence to anybody who was watching. They did, after all, need to practice for the Festival. A brilliant flash of light followed soon after the Ball was thrown up into the air. It formed into a creature; the creature known as Swellow, but it was much different.

It had completely silver feathers, unlike a normal Swellow. The silver color looked like dust, sprinkled all over the bird's body. This was the reason Ruby named it Dusty; not to mention that it was always sneezing, allergic to many things.
"Swellow!" Dusty cried, obviously glad to be out of his Ball. He did a backwards flip in the air, his feathers rustling as he sped around Ruby and Typhlosion. He then spread out his wings in some sort of stretching act, then perched right on Ruby's shoulder, just like they had practiced.

While watching this, Ruby had not been paying attention to her surroundings. Finally, as she took her attention from Dusty, Ruby's eyes widened as she saw the giant building, directly in front of her. A poster advertising the Grand Festival was on it; Ruby finally decided, after spotting it, that this was the building it would be held in.

She walked up to the doors, a bit nervously, and tried pulling them open. It wouldn't budge, and she glanced at the door. Sure enough, there was, indeeed, a sign saying, "PUSH". Ruby turned red and pushed to door open, hoping nobody had seen her attempt. She appeared to be in a registry room; a few doors were in the room, but it was plain. A desk was put right in the middle of the room, a woman sitting in an office chair at it, examining some sort of paper. When Ruby walked in, she looked up and smiled, but you could tell she seemed quite irritated with something.

"Are you here for the Grand Festival, miss?" the woman asked, setting down her papers and picking up another one, along with a pencil.
"Yes," Ruby replied.
"Name?"
"Ruby Z-Zafire." Ruby looked down, wondering if she had messed her own name up by accident.
"And your hometown?"
"Uh...New Bark Town, ma'am..." Ruby gulped, knowing what the woman would say.
"That town is...let me see your Contest Pass, and your ribbons." The woman frowned, completely revealing her irritation.
"Sure," Ruby said, taking her pack and pulling out the blue case she held her Contest Pass and ribbons in. The woman opened it, snooped around in it, and gave it back to Ruby.
"Alright. And finally, your Pokemon. Them and their nicknames. And their specialty."
"Typhlosion, Tough contests, does Cool contests every once in a while. Dusty, Swellow, Cool contests, has done Tough contests before. Chuchu, Pichu, Cute contests. Lady, Lapras, Beauty contests and an occasional Smart contest. Wynaut, all contests. And Dragonite, Smart contests."
"How do your Pokemon--never mind. Just go into that room over there, ok?" The woman looked away and pointed her pencil towards a room with a sign that said, "CO-ORDINATORS WAITING ROOM ONLY." Ruby nodded and pushed the door open, beckoning her Typhlosion to follow. She could feel Dusty tighten up on her shouled; he was nervous, most likely. Ruby looked around at the Co-ordinators in the room, and sat down in a close-by seat. Her Typhlosion got on all fours andRuby began to pet him a bit, nervous herself.

He looked out at the large room. Everyone looked nervous. This annoyed Zephyr very much.

"Everyone is too serious. If you're ready, you'll succeed. If your not, well, I hope we'll get through, anyways," Zephyr explained to his Espeon, "If my lucks good, we won't appeal till near the end. So, let's explore a little, Twilight. That'll be fun."

The two got up. Leaving Sand, his Flygon, and Dragoon, his Dragonair to gaurd his spot. He saw everyone was nervous. This would just mess with their consentration. Looking around he saw a silver Swellow. He went up and saw a girl petting her Typhlosion.

"Hi, there, who are you?" asked Zephyr.

After Kim'd registered she walked into the waiting room with her newest friend. She'd found a wild Aipom outside that had stolen her pokeballs including an empty one which had sucked it in and caught it. Now it was on her head and her other pokemon were stood next to her. Kay, her Kingler, scuttled off first to check out the other pokemon, Tai, her Tyrogue, went over to a seat and went to sleep on it and so did Clef, her Clefa, as both were in love with each other *young love ^_^*. Kim sat in the seat next to her two sleeping pokemon. "Aipom!" Aipom shouted at the top of its lungs for some reason. To Kim it sounded like it had said 'sepia' and it had a nice ring to the name.

"You know Aipom from now i think i'll call you Sepia." Kim said to her monkey pokemon who smiled back at her. She also hoped no-one had heard Aipom screaming. She looked around to see a Typhlosion. It looked really strong though but she was prepared for any possibility of battles.

Kane reached into a blue and green backpack that he brought with him. He took out his navy blue pokenav that had a silver running along its edges. He seemed to have a match call message from Bugsy of the Azalea gym, he had known Bugsy since the age of 5 (before Bugsy was a gym leader), when his father, an explorer of pretty much anything, brought him to Azalea town so they could visit the Ilex forest. Kane then befriended Bugsy. The message left just expressed Bugsy's support for Kane going into the Grand Festival.

Afterwards, Kane started to prepare his pokemon, at the same time, he observed all of the other peoples' pokemon. Once the pokemon were brushed and feeded, Kane decided to let his pokemon just mingle with each other, but Talia decided to move around the waiting room.

"Oh no," Kane had to be careful because Talia is very energetic, "Talia, come back here." Unfortunately, the Aipom's curiousity got the best of her, and the she started to hop around, tossing her blue and white hat around.

"Aipom-pom-pom!" Talia happily shouted, "Aipom!"

"Talia...Sorry about this everyone!" Kane was extremely embarrassed, but very few seemed to care. Kane then told Talia to calm down, in which she did-eventually.

Once Talia settled down, Kane sat down and brought out his crimson laptop, and looked at a site called, "Professor Oak's Jokes", yet they were not funny, but meaningful, He knew he had to relax and not be too serious, but a lot of times he is.

Sepia lifted its head as it watched the other Aipom jump around the room and began to copy it. Kim quickly noticed this. "Oh for f*** sake Sepia! Calm down will you." She then noticed the boy with an Aipom also and went over to him. "Hi there. I'm Kim." She said with a smile. "I really like your Aipom. Mine's a bit hyper all the time though so she's hard to control." As she said this Sepia hopped onto Kim's head.

Zephyr's conversation was intresting, if slightly short. He just wanted the appeal to start. He disided to go back and check on Sand and Dragoon. When he saw that they were sleeping he when back to find another person. He saw a girl and a boy, both with Aipoms.

"Hi there. I'm Kim." said the girl, "I really like your Aipom. Mine's a bit hyper all the time though so she's hard to control."

"Relax, thats nothing! My Flygon is hyper and unusually fast. Luckly, he's fast asleep. I'm Zephyr, and this is Twilight," explained Zephyr, he then turned his attention to the boy "Which leaves your name?"

"Hi," Kane replied to Kim, the girl with an Aipom, and Zephyr, the boy with an Espeon, "I'm Kane, this-" Kane turned over to Talia who was yet again dancing, "-this is Talia, my Aipom." Then, as Kane spoke, Talia started to mimic the other Aipom's actions, then she turned to Kane's laptop and showed the 'jokes' of Professor Oak.

"Aipom!" Talia cried out gleefully while pointing out at the laptop.

"Oh yes, all of my pokemon, and I, just enjoy looking over Professor Oak's not-so-funny jokes. Anyways, here are my other pokemon," Kane pointed to Shockwave (his Ampharos), Shade (his Absol) and Spin (his Hitmontop), "you guys better get ready, 'cause I'm not going easy." Kane's light smile turned into a grin, with Talia yet again mimicking him.

"Well those aren't very funny. Yawn. I'm getting tired, I'm going to go get some sleep. Agreed, Twilight?" he explained

In response Espeon said telepathically, "As good an idea as any other."

"Well, I hope to see you in the next round."

The duo walked slowly to their area, without incedent. When they got back, Zephyr got out his sleeping bag and laid it on the bed he laid for his pokemon. He used Espeon's furry body as a pillow, bur she didn't mind. And soon all four of them were sound asleep, all snuggled up together, blissfully oblivious to all the paranoia, and a man trying to destroy the Grand Fesival.

"I came here with only three pokemon though. I actually got all five of my ribbons with only the three. Tai, my Tyrogue, just refuses to evolve. Same with Clef, my Clefa. They're over there." She said pointing at her two baby pokemon asleep leaning against each other. "Those two are inseperable if you know what i mean. Kay, my Kingler, is my only evolved pokemon. She's really powerful though so she's evolved from the Krabby i actually found in this very city. It's like its home. I think she prefers to be with me though. Lastly Sepia was caught by accident. After i signed up for the festival i went outside where this little Aipom stole my pokeballs including an empty one which caught it. It seems like it has some powerful attacks though." Sepia was trying out attacks including a solarbeam which smashed down a wall. It then turned and used a Beat up attack on a near-by Primape. The Primape did a simple arm thrust and sent Sepia backwards knocked out. "Oh, well that's just great isn't it?"

"Really? Well Talia here isn't much of a battler, she prefers appeals, but when she is in a battle, it becomes a party for her rather than a fight. Heh..I remember battling a Spinda and its trainer," Kane grinned, "then, it started to use teeter dance, but Talia thought it wanted to dance, and so it danced with Spinda." Talia chuckled at this, "Well, I gotta check some stuff." Kane walked over to his backpack, grabbing a pokedex that looked almost identical to his pokenav, and examined each pokemon in the waiting room carefully, I might as well learn about each pokemon now, he thought to himself. As he did this, a little argument between Shade and Shockwave slowly escalated.

Sepia jumped off Kim's head and ran off. "Oh great. I'll speak to you later i gotta go catch Aipom now." She said as she ran off after her Aipom. As she ran past them she awoke her Tyrogue and Cleffa who helped to run after Aipom. Kay quickly joined in and caught Sepia in its Kingler size pincers. Kim recalled Sepia and went to sit back down in an empty seat exausted.

Harlan was looking at the tall building in front of him. He was amazed by it. It wasn’t an extraordinary beautiful building but for Harlan it had a special meaning. It was his dream to get here. All the hard work, all the lost friendships would pay off on this day. In this building, he could show how well trained his Pokemon were and how much things Harlan and his Pokemon have learned during their journey. He stared very long at the big header above the entrance. The dark purple background and the yellow text colour caused that the letters seemed to glow. “The Grand Festival”, Harlan read it over and over again.

“Okay, I’m ready.”, Harlan said to himself and entered the Contest building. He had a strangely good feeling; a mix of calmness and excitement. As he looked around, Harlan saw lot’s of people standing in a row, wanting to get to the front desk. Harlan knew that this was the place to register, just like in every other contest. He lined himself into the row and started observing all the things in the entrance room. The walls were decorated with lots of pictures, showing different Pokemon during an appeal. Even though they were only pictures, Harlan felt a bunch of emotions coming from them.

As he kept on looking around, he didn’t notice that the row advanced and that it was his turn to register.

“Welcome to the Grand Festival, please tell me your name, hometown and Pokemon. And show me your ribbons as well, please.”, said the lady at the front desk ,with an annoyed undertone, and took Harlan out of his thoughts. He was very nervous and took a deep breath until he started talking.

“Harlan Netsu from Lavaridge Town. My contest Pokemon are Arcanine, Ledian, Nosepass and Delibird.”

The lady quickly wrote the information on her computer. “Ribbons? You actually have to show me your ribbons. Without enough ribbons, you cant enter the Grand Festival”.

“Sure, wait a sec.”, Harlan answered and opened his sports bag. He took out a small black box, where he kept his Ribbons and showed them to the lady.

“Thank you. Now you can go into the waiting room, where all the other Co-Ordinaters are. Wait there until the Contests starts.”

Harlan nodded, put the box back into his sports bag and went towards the waiting room. He knew the people there were his rivals, so he didn’t want to talk to anyone of them. As Harlan entered the room, he spotted a free corner and placed himself there. He took a polishing cream and a towel out of his bag and released his Nosepass out of it’s Pokeball.

“North”, the compass Pokemon said happily.

As Harlan started polishing his Nosepass and the time went by, his confidence grew more and more. He knew about his skills as a Co-Ordinator and he knew that he had good chances to win the first place of the Grand Festival…..

Cheerfully walking, Sunny entered the building where the Grand Festival will be held. Her Heracross, Honey was beside her and she walked to the counter. A lady looked up from her computer taking notices of the new girl strolling up.

"Hi I'm here to sign-up for the Grand Festival...this is the right place? I don't see any other contender around." Sunny looked around the near empty room no one was coming in or going out. Honey join her in the search to find more people.

"You're in the right place all of the participants are in the waiting room. You're Contest Pass and ribbon please" the woman politely asked and Sunny began digging in her bag for them. She first took out five thin and small boxes that were the five first colors of the rainbow. Then after going deeper in her bag she pulled out the card.

"Sorry about that I'm not too good at organizing but here they are! For all five of my pokemon see they all have very nice vivid colors, their names are in italic, and cute little pictures of each of them. Aren't they just so adorable?"

"Yes they..." she responded, "The room you need to go to is over there." She pointed and Sunny the way seeing the sign. She stuff the items back into her bag and slowly began to walk to the door.

"Okay, thank you have a pleasant day!" She waved good-bye and opened the door. She smiled widely at all of the people and pokemon all waiting within the room. They all looked so wonderful and looked very well-trained while other look wild but fully relaxed. "It looks like we got some tough competition, Honey... "Ammmphy!!" Shockwave burst out in anger.

"Sol!!! Ab-ab!" Shade shouted back.

"Both of you, stop!" Kane realised the argument and went to quickly end this fight. Unfortunately it didn't work, and soon things got worse. Seldom did Shade act in rage, but Shockwave's arrogance was just so annoying to him. A purple ball of energy built up in Shade's mouth, while Shockwave slowly had small amounts of electricity jumping about, and Kane couldn't do a single thing. Nothing could be done, until Talia came by. The small Aipom ran around tickling both Shockwave and Shade, who eventually forgot about their fight and broke into laughing, and all Talia cared about was having fun. Soon enough, Spin joined in and tried to tickle Talia, turning this argument into a party...
