Sorry for posting this but i couldn't find it elsewhere.

Can anyone tell mewhat the man in the room behind the pokecenter of the BF means with everything he says. i.e. what range is covered by "outstanding" in stats and stuff like that?

0-15 is relatively good
16-25 is quite impressive
26-30 is outstanding
31 is flawless

It shouldn't take more than about 64 eggs if you breed with Modest Ditto@Everstone. And remember the IVs can be passed down from either parent.
