break up w yo gf, im bored
Poor Nene, Farfetch'd got first but she answered wrong, she thought Espeon was a fairy-type. Serena knew it was Sylveon *foreshadowing intensifies*

Shauna's showcase was very bland but Jessie did great albeit they didn't show much.

Serena won!

Wow so Serena won? That's cool, has any girl actually beat her rival before the final showdown before? I don't remember, didn't expect that to happen which is why i thought Serena wouldn't win here, so i wonder what's going to happen in the future?

I'm beginning to think that Serena may be the first girl to actually win the final thing (Master Class) :p

And some of you thought she would lose :3

I mean sheesh, have more faith in our girl. They wouldn't honestly have her lose the final Tripokalon of the season.

Also, that Free Performance was pretty amazing even though Braixen looks weird in that outfit

Well that was quite an episode. Serena's Eevee being scared (by Jesse's Gourgeist) and running off turned out to be a minor convenience (but scared the crap out of everyone). Nene answering the Eeveeolution question wrong - and her Farfetch'd's reaction - was funny I must say. And Serena won her second key by a nice margin with a great resounding performance (and beat Shauna for the first time, which was nice). However, I predict the next Showcases (whatever and whenever they may be) will not be easy for her.

9/10

So Serena all needs is a haircut and automatically is no longer a newbie and wins whatever show. No challenge at all everyone else participating are a bunch of kids that suck at this. This is getting boring, predicable and one-dimensional.
There's any harm to Jessie win one. Single. Show? She is trying so hard and all she gets is nothing.

Guys i have nothing against Serena but I find no fun in a character getting what they want with little effort. She is just getting the keys with an extreme ease. There no real sense of accomplishment.

The third show better show some pointed stones in her way. It better be real hard to win. It better gets intense to make us feel glad she can do it and not some cheap competition just because.

Her eevee's shyness is a good way to show her how hard is to get her groove running. Losing the next show at its fault would be interesting.

Yeah people like to point out: ooooh but this is a baby cartoon.
Right but even baby cartoons lately are putting real effort in the writing ya know. Why exactly you think the movies are getting real downhill in audience? Means the writers better put themselves together before this cartoon gets grounded once for all. And they can start with proper character development.

Well this make sense why Shauna did not won this showcase, since she already has 2 Key, and if she win this, that means Master Class while Serena has 1 Key atm..
atleast Jessie did a good performance this time :p

So far the only things getting in the way of her from achieving her goal are mishaps and shenanigans, not so much skilled or powerful opponents. This was clear right from the get go tbh.

I agree completely. We now have no reason to think Serena will ever lose another showcase because she's seemingly already better than her main rival.

I didn't expect Nene to get the answer wrong during her Anistar Showcase. I'm glad that Serena won the second Princess Key. Now she catch up to her friendly rival, Shauna. All she need is one more Princess Key and then she will go on into her Master Class. If she keep this keep, then Serena will be the first girl she ever wins the big competition.

I think this is a bit exaggerated. There was no reason for Serena to lose this showcase, she practiced for it, used the usual Pokémon (Pancham and Braixen) so there wasn't much of a chance she would mess up. The only reason people think she should lose is because Shauna was participating as well. I don't find that a good enough reason, to be honest. Serena is more than capable of winning against Shauna, there's no need to have her (Serena) be a punching bag of the main rival until the last showcase. I'm glad they decided to let Serena win this one, showing that she and Shauna don't have a big gap when it comes to being a Pokémon Performer.

I do agree, however, that Jessie should get a win on-screen, she deserves it. She has improved greatly since her first performance and definitely deserves to be recognized for it. I don't believe Serena will win the next showcase, though. She could use another loss, in the hands of Jessie preferably, for me. Serena will, most likely, incorporate Eevee on her next performance, so I do believe that will require some extra effort considering it will be the first time they will work together with it. I think a loss will make her thrive for perfection on the next showcase, and with Eevee evolving, she'll gain a boost in confidence giving her the last win.

Just my opinion, hopefully no one takes it as an insult.

I hope Shauna wins her third key on screen :x She didn't deserve this one tho as she did the same thing last time

Huh? That's not that logical. The XY&Z season starting has nothing to do with Serena's goal. She could have lost this one since there's plenty of time to go on with her activity. But good for Serena!

This episode was so boring I fell asleep watching it/10.

Oh yeah serena won, good for her. So how many more keys until she can unlock Ash's chastity belt?

(You just said something so weird.)
Yup. I knew there would be complications since Serena started her dream a tad too late. There is possibly no way the writers can make her lose outside of the Master Class.

I'm guessing they're trying to balance that out with all the issues she goes through before the showcases start.

Poor Nene. I wanted to see more of her.

Not gonna lie, the performances felt weak. Also very samey and safe by Serena and Shauna. Same Pokémon doing similar moves as the past showcases. How many times is Braixen gonna do the jumping on Stone Edge bit?

At least Jessie switches it up. Too bad her performance was cut short cause of Eevee.

Serena wins = everyone else somehow sucking. This logic is very sound.

Eeven though she clearly practices and works for it.

Id love to know how you can make something like this "feel intense".

When was it ever a rule that movie sales = movie quality, by this logic the Transformers movies are top quality.

So far the only things getting in the way of her from achieving her goal are mishaps and shenanigans, not so much skilled or powerful opponents. This was clear right from the get go tbh.
Well seeing as how Serena can't actually battle her opponents directly its what they do to cause conflict, so yes.

I agree completely. We now have no reason to think Serena will ever lose another showcase because she's seemingly already better than her main rival.
What kind of crap is this? God forbid we have an equal rivalry and Serena beats her RIVAL once. This is honestly ridiculous, should Serena just constantly lose to Shauna from now on? Because that's way more interesting right? That way we never get a sense that Serena is improving!

Pokemon Showcases are honestly a joke compared to Pokemon Contests.
Serena's rivals are also not on a very high level compared to May and Dawn's that she really needs to overcome.

Oh well, at least she won.
