Well, I have grown tired of seeing well written fics go to waste because they are not given a chance by the reviewers of this forum. There are many great fics out there that people just never give chances to. They are either turned off by the title, or don't know what he fic is about. For that reason, I made this thread so that people who already have ongoing fics to post a summary detailing what it's about. That way, someone can read what the fic's storyline is and get a better idea; possibly increasing the amount of readers it gets.

So get posting guys! Here are the three fics I am currently hard at work on...

Search for Knowledge: A Champion's Story

This was the very first fan fiction I ever wrote and it is still going strong. SfK is about a teenage boy named Mike who graduates from the prestigious Pokemon Tech and begins a Pokemon journey with his friends Amanda and Jeff. They are currently traveling through a brand new area of Hoenn called the Hoenn Archipelago. While Mike aims to be the greatest trainer ever, Amanda just wants to win contests and Jeff wants to be a great Dark Type trainer. Throughout their adventures, the three are followed by a Team Magma grunt, Clyde, and a Team Aqua grunt, Bonnie, who are leading them to a shrine somewhere in the Hoenn Archipelago. It seems as if all of the diabolical teams have joined together and are planning a war. It is yet to be revealed what Mike and his friends have to do with this, but it will take them into adventures you would never imagine. This fic contains deep character development, a unique style, and is a very good comedic read thanks to the great personalities of the Pokemon and the antics of Jeff.

Apocalypse Rising

My lesser known fic, but one that I consider to be my greatest. It is completely original. It is the year 2030, overpopulation in the urban areas of the world is reaching an all time high. To counteract this, the United States has led a secret operation of "random accidents" that wipe out large amounts of people. It has grown out of control, and the world is plunged into so much sin that the time of Hell has come. The Stone of the End, the source of all evils, feeds off sin and its power has intensified. Diablo, a demon of the underworld, has sent legions of hell's monsters to Earth to eradicate all life in order to spite the Heavens. The Stone of the End casts a shadow across the sky, not allowing Heaven to aid the world. Humanity must rely on itself now. The world prepares for war as the attacks become more frequent. However, some humans are consumed by sin; including the President. There is betrayal against humanity, and no one knows how to stop the armies of Hell. A young teen named Mike Cardella and his friends Andrew Shot and Nicole Altadonna, must journey across the world to destroy the Stone of the End in order to let Heaven come to the aid of men. While they partake in this perilous journey, the world must fight a war that they have no hopes of winning before Hell overtakes all. This fic has great depth, many believable characters, spans the world, and is what I consider epic.

BTW, it's only four chapters in so it's not a long read. It will also be a trilogy by its competion. Apocalypse Rising will be followed by Apocalypse Raging and finally the epic conclusion Apocalypse Retribution. I highly emplore you to give it a chance...

A Bond in Dark Times (A fic by both me and R.J)

It has been over 100 years since the Pokemon world we know today. Pokeballs have been replaced with new technology and brand new Pokemon inhabit the region. The world is now full of high tech industrail cities and the smaller towns are almost unheard of by now. A 17 year old boy named Marco Cardella begins his Pokemon journey. Soon after he meets another trainer named Josh. While Marco is an extremely rich and stubborn boy, Josh is a street boy looking for revenge on the person who killed his father years ago. The two decide to join together for mutual benefits, and travel the new region. This fic is well written as it incoporates both of our writing styles. I might add that Apocalypse rising is a very great fic, one of the best I've ever read, and I'm very picky when it comes to stories.

Things seem to be going normally, until a crazy, sugar-loaded girl named Jade comes along. Being smart and naive at the same time, Jade tags along with Cass, who is annoyed in all hell at her dumb luck. Joined by a tricky boy named Nikolas, Cass and the gang aspire to reach their number one goals in the Pokémon field: Jade to become a great coordinator, Nikolas to compete in the biggest Pokémon Tamers' tournament, and Cass to become the greatest Pokémon Rider. To top it all off, when Cass dreams, a strange woman appears to her, giving strange advice. While she struggles to make sense of herself, she is constantly nagged with the question of who this woman is. Filled with laughs, tears, new characters around every corner, new mysteries, and strong rivalry, Winding Roads is a read that you will not want to miss. I would not want you to miss it, either.

The Quest for the Legends

Mark Greenlet is a very normal boy who happens to be unlucky enough to live in the North-West corner of Ouen. For an unknown reason, no Pokémon inhabit the area, but he still loves them and wants to be a trainer above anything else. He is also especially interested in Legendaries.

After he finally gets out on a Pokémon journey, he discovers that it's not quite as easy as he thought it would be to be a Pokémon trainer. His Pokémon suffer from various personality disorders. He meets a crazy girl who manages to drag him into a restaurant where his Pokémon get stolen by a Mew-obsessed madman, and the 'Black Desert' which is inhabited by highly dangerous scorpion Pokémon. The Gym Leaders range from illegal cloners to creepy psychics who should be dead. A magical Pokémon saves him from a swarm of Sharpedo. His Gyarados just keeps getting more and more mysterious. His Scyther just keeps getting more and more depressed. A Legendary Pokémon turns out to have gone on a killing spree. And Mark wishes again and again that he could just have had a normal, peaceful Pokémon journey like his best friend Alex...

Time for me to plug "Heroes of Legend" my latest work that I'm teamed with my good friend Eon for...

To quote the Prologue:

In the world of Denset, a realm akin to the Pokemon world, the relationship between human and Pokemon is not too different from what you see in the Pokemon world, and in many ways, it is identical to the Pokemon world...but when it comes to the Legendary Pokemon, only those that have trained their hardest, physically, mentally, and spiritually; may unite with their spirits and gain their powers for use in battle. These people are known as "Legendary Warriors". Most of the time, Legendary Warriors keep the peace in Denset, but they can be called to defend the land if the need arises.

However, one particular Warrior, Kyrene, had one deep, burning desire: to inheirit the throne of Denset itself. Her ruthless ambitions turned both her powers and her colleagues powers towards the dark realm, further fueling her desire. Before long, they were the most prominent threat in the land, ultimately capturing the princess, Alysa! With the princess captured, chaos erupted throughout Denset! But, all was not lost... a group of Warriors bravely traveled to Kyrene's lair and defeated her, rescuing Alysa and returning peace to Denset. The people were so grateful, they erected a statue of the princess made of rock as thanks to the warriors that had saved them....as the years passed, Denset itself passed into the realm of myth...but the rock, and the story with it, remains...it now stands in a recreation area just outside Pallet Town, where it has been dubbed Alysa's Rock.

Our story focuses on Ash Ketchum and his friends as they travel to Alysa's Rock, unaware of the legend...

Little does Ash realize, he and his friends are about to see Denset for themselves, and in doing so, relive the legend of Alysa's Rock...and ultimately, become heroes...

Prologue: The Ancient Tribe of the first people to train pokemon were defeated. They were a thriving tribe, located on the continent of Hoenn. Until one day… a betraying priest had been offering gifts to a god the tribe didn’t believe in. A portal from Hell opened up, and 3 angry Houndooms walked out. They had utterly obliterated the betraying priest with fire from Hell. Children that are said to be born on the day the Houndooms appeared ,also on a full moon, are considered messengers from the Devil himself and somehow, their lives will follow worshipping him.
Now, later in the 31st century, many people do not believe in this prophecy. The few people who do are rarely seen in public. In human history, there has not been even one person that has been born according to the prophecy.
Human technology has not improved much since the 21st century. Although we have improved on some stuff as medicines for treating cancer and AIDS. There are these new military helicopters called Black Drones that can move small buildings when at lest seven are in a group. They are used for city “re-decorating” or at times of need. They have these drilling tools that grip the outside walls of buildings and move the buildings. Also, we have dealt with a great threat that came up in Kanto. A 23 year old had marched with about 100 friends, and had killed many people before he was brought down by Marines. Now on with the story…

Basically it's about me, forming my team. I'm not one for fanfics...

The Legendarian Chronicles
In my first and only fic, fourteen year old tomboy Jade Arenesa missed out on becoming a trainer when she was twelve. But after witnessing a massacre resulting from Team Rocket's strive to capture Entei, she meets up with the experienced trainer Stalker, who invites her to join his team against the Rockets. What initially sounds like an appealing idea turns deadly though as, through a twist of events, Jade is thrust into missions against Team Rocket's ploy for world domination as an illegal trainer for Stalker's underground rebellion. And what starts with The Rebellion members going undercover to prevent Legendary capture goes from bad to worse as double agents on both sides come into play. Jade always ends up being in the wrong place and the wrong time and ends up stuck with a slew of stolen badges and Pokémon, but seemingly unrelated events are connected as she and her friends delve into Team Rocket's mysterious past. With each revealed mystery, however, many more unfold for them as a schism between Team Rocket's two main factions is finally ignited, and a race for the ultimate power is set into motion.

Worlds Away

It's the story of a scientific researcher who, after years of studying the dynamics of dimensional transfer and travel and working at the D.R.L. (Dimensional Research Laboratory), decides that he'd like to be the one to test out a prototype for dimensional travel. They suited him up and powered up the machine...

“Step into the light, Jack,” urged a scientist.

“I always imagined hearing that at a different time but, here goes.” Jack took a step forward and then disintegrated and disappeared.

After that, he finds himself in a strange world that contains many strange creatures and strange people. Accompanyed by an armored robotic companion and guardian who has been programmed with the personality of Jack's best friend, they set off to discover the secrets of "Pokey man" and even end up in a couple of battles. Jack and the robot's style of battling is a bit different than most but I think that really allows for a lot of creativity when it comes to battle scenes.

Read my sig to get a taste of what's going on right now in my fic. That quote in yellow is from R.A.A.'s (Robotic Armored Assitant) battle with a poacher's Tyranitar.

It is 8 chapters long already but don't let that turn you away as the beginning chapters aren't that long and I think it's an interesting read. It does start to get really good in chapter 4 I think in Jack and the robot's first Pokemon battle commences. It's between him and Ash, Misty, Brock, and Officer Jenny. All those people against one man? Not fair! Well, that's when they still thought he was a poacher and were trying to take him into custody. Did they beat him? I don't know, you'll just have to read it and find out.

Sick and tired of being told what to do Raven finally decides that it's time to break loose: to hunt down the dream of her childhood and train up a team of powerful Pokemon. as Raven is about to find out, however, the world is not going to let her do that so easily.

Chased by a mechanical dog with the power to crunch cars into pieces; haunted by a criminal gang with intentions unknown; eaten by the main support of a sacred tower... all this sort of thing becomes everyday business as Raven attempts to go through the motions of a Pokemon journey as usual. That's rather difficult, however, when your team currently consists of a naive but battle-loving bird, a loyal but rather stupid dog, an arrogant and human-hating dragon and a human-phobic spider. Oh, and being somewhat illegal doesn't help much either...

Ignorant of the creatures that inhabit the Mainland through no fault of her own, Cassandra Nallu is by no means prepared for the results of a freak storm. After finding a mysterious red stone along the way, trouble just seems to pop up around every corner. And with what seems like the whole world after her, Talia doesn't know if she can survive...
This fic is currently on chapter 8 with no chapter 9 in sight as of now. I'll really try to write some more but it just seems like I don't want to write right now...
Rating: PG for very minor language and a little bit of violence. Nothing major.
Genre: Action/Adventure/Angst

Kimono Hiro, the youngest brother of the five Kimono sisters, lives a peaceful, yet somewhat frustrating life in Enju City. Despite pressure from his friends and relatives, he shows no interest in Pokemon training. One day, he encounters an Eievui that seems mysteriously and persistently attracted to him, and shortly afterwards, a freak accident causes him to go to the laboratory of Utsugi-hakase. With a trainer's journey being the only option he's given to return home, he has to learn to love training, and along the way, save himself and his Pokemon from life-threatening situations. The Rocket Gang has targetted Hiro's Eievui for assassination, and a talking Kimori named Kiryuu, whom ironically hates humans, also pursues Eievui in hopes of defeating it in a battle. What are Kiryuu's intentions? What's so special about Hiro's Eievui? Why does Utsugi want Hiro to travel so badly? Why are all these things happening to a guy who's not even interested in training? Will he change his mind?

-PG-14 for language, violence, and sexual situations.

That same question is asked to Amy Hart, a somewhat normal teenager with somewhat normal teenage problems. She live her unworthy life, hoping that tomorrow will be a better day. Everybody she meets seems to hate her for some reason, but she cannot understand why. Is it her way of being, the way she dress? Or maybe her endless passion for the game Pokémon.
Pokémon is what keeps Amy going through day after day. Her soul is wrapped around it, the world and the monsters fascinate her. She doesn't know why, though. There's just something that makes her feel that she is connected to it somehow..

Shortly after her 14th birthday strange things begin to happen around Amy. Her beloved Game Boy starts to act wierd, mysterious sounds echoes in the nights. And most strange of all; that odd man that always appear on the bus, always wearing the same dark clothes, always sitting down on the exact same seat. Always making all voices go down when he passes by.

When Amy walks home from the bus one day, she gets startled when someone suddenly grabs her and take her away to a place she's never been to before. It's the mysterious man again. He speaks in riddles, but reveals that he can give her a life that she always have wanted. If Amy agrees on his offer he will take her to visit another world. Amy immediately thinks that this is some sort of prank by the kids in school, but the man seems serious. She hesitates, but accept the offer. Well, what does she have got to lose?

Lubijou then continues onward to fully understand the new world in which he has thrust himself into without the knowledge that he will be hunted down by the supreme overlord of his world for breaking the number one rule: NEVER enter the human world without the supreme overlord's permission...
