• Hi all
    Just a notice, we recently discovered that someone got into a moderator account and started hard deleting a load of key and legacy threads...around 150 threads have been lost dating back to 2007 and some weeks ago so we can't roll the forums back.
    Luckily no personal data could be accessed by this moderator, and we've altered the permissions so hard deleting isn't possible in the future
    Sorry for any inconvenience with this and sorry for any lost posts.
  • Hi all. We had a couple of reports of people's signatures getting edited etc. in a bad way. You can rest assured this wasn't done by staff and nobody has compromised any of our databases.

    However, remember to keep your passwords secure. If you use similar passwords to elsewhere which has been accessed, people and even bots may be able to access your account.

    We always recommend using unique passwords, and two-factor authentication if you are able. Make sure you're as secure as possible

Right, back to square one again. I feel like going back to the start and making an OU team. And so I shall. I like Aegislash a lot, and Talonflame, and Greninja. I have other favourites like Alakazam as well. I feel though that Hail has been abandoned. No one plays with Abomasnow now. I figured it'd be pretty good with a Mega Evolution. 132 (I think) Offenses, with good bulk is pretty nice. Bad typing though; 4 resists (decent resists mind) for 7 weaknesses, all quite common as well. Eh, not my thing.

You realize you have a Mega Stone on both Alakazam and Abomasnow. Idk if that's on purpose but I'd change one of them cos that'd be a waste of an item.

It's not a team, just sets for Pokémon I might use. Plus there's 8 Pokémon there, not 6.

Anyway, I should make a team. Just around what that is the question. Maybe a VoltTurn core.

I'm getting back into skyrim because my wi-fi's been out for a while, so I was just playing single player games. I've been thinking about getting pokemon Y but i think i should wait until the Ruby and Sapphire remakes that will hopefully happen

Really? My Xbox Live has probably run out by now, so I'll be back to square one. Be playing as a Witchhunter, just because they're awesome. I got Oblivion as well; might have to start that up with a Witchhunter as well.

Hmm... planning a Pearl/HG runthrough. If anyone wants to participate. Going to use a Kanto starter instead though.

Yeah, i was thinking about getting oblivion too but i decided that I already have Skyrim so I don't really need another one. My mage character is still going, but it's pretty slow. I'm trying to do a full mage (no armor, no weapons, just spells) but it's pretty difficult until your magicka gets high.

I could play pearl, but theres no way i reset my HG. So many hours in that game..

TheSirPeras has already started, and Drummerdude isn't doing it. So it's mainly me :p. Thinking of either using a Kanto starter or sticking with the Johto starter. Opinions?

@ Da Bomb; Oblivion would be better to play as a mage- make your own spells, although the graphics aren't as good as Skyrim's. Plus there're new skills there: Mysticism, Hand to Hand, Athletics and Acrobatics.

Kanto would be fun. I could trade you whichever one you want, i have all the starters on my HG. I think i have almost 400 in my pokedex in that game.

Yeah, I've heard that but now i have some games i want more, like im buying the halo games (i got halo 3 for free so i want to play the other ones for the story) and Mass Effect because i've heard they're really good.

Sounds interesting. Haven't played Halo or Mass Effect before- more of a CoD, Elder Scrolls and GTA person.

If I was to pick a starter I'd probably go with Bulbasaur or Squirtle. I like Charizard too though...

Charizard's Gen4 backsprite is crap. That's why I can never use Zard in that generation of games cos that simple visual fact bothers me. Just the way his neck is angled, all cranked up and such....*shivers*

im goping to try and sue my favourite pokes from that game... so many to choose. i regret restarting my 310 hour save of that game

Wow, everyone seems to want to do a HG/SS run. This is looking good guys!

I don't think Charizard looks that bad to be honest. I like the look of all three starters. Does anyone else want to use a Kanto starter? If they do, fair enough. If they don't then we'll just use the Johto starters.

And when you say Diance is out, do you mean via WiFi?

@ We could just post our progress here. I don't care where we post it, but other members of the guild may want to see without having to search for the HG/SS Recent Happenings.
