I like Electrobooster´s name, but yeah, I don´t like those item evolutions either... I´ll vote Magnet.

I vote Electrobooster. Attach them both to Electabuzz and do what you want with them. Magnet will raise T-bolt by a midget 10% while Electrobooster will raise all its base stats by quite a bit and change its movepool for the better. In short, you get Elekible, a whole lot better than a barely recordable move power boost.
