Title says it all, what items do you bring with you in dungeons?

I used to take all my reviver seeds, but that got annoying when they started filling up my entire inventory.

Now I usually take:

5-20 reviver seeds
1-3 apples/big apples
3-5 fear orbs
3-5 trawl orbs
4 x-eye seeds
1 key

I would bring along something to give to your team-leader. I used to take a stamina band, but now I have my golden mask. Also I wouldn't take that many reviver seeds. 5 are already the maximum you'll need. If you need more, you should either take a stronger pokemon or go to an easier dungeon.

At the moment I take:
My Golden mask
1-2 reviver seeds
3 big apples
3 max elixirs
Mystery part
(sometimes 1 key)
I don't need more reviver seeds because I use my level 83, 7star IQ Palkia

To be honest, I only use about one reviver seed per exploration, but I got used to bringing a lot when I tried to get all of the 7 treasures.

And I do still have my Minty Bow, so maybe I should bring that.

Sometimes I just don't store the reviver seeds I've found. At the moment there is also the problem that my storage is full, and I'm too lazy to sell or trash a few things (at the moment I'm playing darkness, so no recycling). So I sometimes have more than 5 with me.

Around 14 oran berries

Stamina Band

1 Escape Orb (Always handy)

Sometimes 2-6 Foe-Fear Orbs

Sometimes 2-6 Spurn Orbs

Surprisingly.
Joe/Serebii has all the mystery dungeon items and dungeons named by their japanese names.

Anyway, to those who want to know a Tight belt prevents belly loss, or possibly just heavily restricts it.

And to anwer the topic, I bring a Blue Bow, a Defense Band, a Zinc Band, Graveller Rocks 3 Big Apples, 3 Oran Berries, 3 Max Elixirs, 5 Reviver Seeds, 2 Heal Seeds, X-eye Seed, Vile Seed, Violent Seed, Escape Orb, Cleanse Orb, Foe-Hold Orb, Luminous orb, Trawl Orb, Spurn Orb and four Pokemon Specific Items.

At least one Reviver Seed and Max Elixer. Thats all I need for a basic one.

Usually I bring a Stun Seed and a Sleep Seed, Petrify Orbs and other Orbs, just in case I get tempted to steal Kecleon's expensive precious lot :p

The good thing about a stun seed is when you get into a boss battle, you stun it and you can do as many things as you want while the boss is stunned and can't move.
I usually get my health back to max and explore the Boss's place for a while (its just fun) and then I ATTACK FROM FAR.

Try it its fun!
