Errrrr...so what are we going to do about a banner? I was thinking a wavy backround, like in the title sequences. And Bond (Sean Connery!) in the middle.

Oh, like one of those pokemon team banners with the six pokemon? That would work! Sean Connery, George Lazenby, Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton, Pierce Brosnan, and Daniel Craig...that's six Bonds! IT'S PERFECT!

Well, I can't make one, because I don't have photoshop. But shouldn't we find a few pictures first?

Yes, they would fit nicely. If they were about twentey or thirty percent smaller, they would fit into the regulation size, 4-something x 100. Then, you add the colour bars to seperate them, add the text......and VIOLA! Pitty I don't have Photoshop, nor does Dale. Anyone at all got it?

STOP PRESS!
ROSE BYRNE CAST AS VESPER LYND!
mi6.co.uk said:
MI6 exclusively revealed on Saturday that Australian actress Rose Byrne was screentesting for the character of Vesper Lynd and was the hot favourite to land the role, and today the Mail On Sunday has reported the 26 year-old has secured the part.

The report said, "she is set to be unveiled as the next Bond girl after auditions last week for the new film version of Casino Royale. Australian-born Rose, now based in London, was one of four starlets vying to play opposite Daniel Craig as Vesper Lynd, who breaks 007's heart. Her rivals are believed to include Tipping The Velvet star Rachael Stirling - daughter of Diana Rigg, a former Bond girl. The part was turned down by Angelina Jolie and Oscar-winner Charlize Theron. It was Rose's performance as Trojan priestess Briseis in the 2004 epic Troy, where she had a series of steamy love scenes with Pitt, that brought her to the attention of the 007 production team."

According to the newspaper's insiders, director Martin Campbell and long time Bond producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael G Wilson are expected to confirm her in the role on Friday.

The 26-year old, who starred in the BBC TV drama Casanova, was given a cloak-and-dagger introduction to Bond when she auditioned at Pinewood Studios in Buckinghamshire. One insider said: 'She had to give a special password, Alcazar, to get into the audition. People were joking that they didn't wan't Daniel Craig's mum to find out and spill the beans like she did when her son was cast.

'All the actresses had to perform a bedroom scene with Daniel where Bond says he is leaving the service to be with Vesper Lynd. Barbara Broccoli was particularly impressed by Rose.'

OH MY GOD! This is soooo exiting. I've seen Troy, and I have to say, she is a very good actress. About time we had an aussie, too. I hope she will be a memorable and well liked girl. Good luck, Rose!

As for the Vantage, I knew that a few weeks ago. Buut, I've never even heard of an Aston Martin Rapide. Looks like AM are trying to go into Rolls Royce territory.

That's because parent company of Aston Martin, Ford (Found On Rubbish Dumps), has a contract for three movies, starting with Die Another Day.

And Vesper Lynd has a more serious role as a Bond girl. She has a more deeper relationship with 007, but ends up breaking in heart. In short, [SPOIL]she suicides[/SPOIL].

*does not read spoiler*

No, I don't wan't the movie spoiled, thank you very much. Kinda like the book, which I plan to read brfore I see it. I've already been spoiled about the last line of the book(or a least I think it is), [SPOIL]'The b**** is dead'[/SPOIL] I don't know, or want to know what it means.

Like many James Bond movies with titles of books, the film is nothing like the book. For example, The Man With The Golden Gun. The film had absolutely nothing to do with the book, except the villain Scaramanga. And in film and book, they were a completely different character. Casino Royale will have bits from the book, but as the book was written over 50 years ago, and the film is set in present day, there will be major differences. Though it has been confirmed that Vesper Lynd will still [SPOIL]suicide[/SPOIL].

Why is it that in almost every half decent shot of Tim, he is surrounded in darkness? We need more members, so we had better find someone who could make it soon. Then, we put it in our siggies, and BAM! WORLD DOMINATION![/blofeld]

We need a topic.....

What is your favourite car?

I liked the AMV8 in TLD. I found it severly underrated and underapreciated. I loved the Laser tyre slashers. Nifty!

Another change has occured again, this time with the cars. Rumours have been quashed that 007 will be using the Aston Martin Vantage & Rapide. Casino Royale will now feature the NEW Aston Martin DBS. You may remember that in On Her Majesty's Secret Service, 007 had an old DBS. The new DBS is so new, that it's design has not even been revealed. No doubt Ford are using Casino Royale as a publicity stunt to promote the new DBS.
