Well i say its Hue because he does stuff that is stupid like the basaball episode when he was happy when butch said loser and said that was another of his nicknames lol.

Teh stupidest part was when Sheen and Carl came for a sleepover and hes like '' OH no, more kids. School College,..''.

That made me laugh my head off. uh..

Another one of my favorite parts when Hugh was stupid which was when he tried making fire with the soil and he said that it was explosive and he was so stupid not to use the soil to make fire.
