~Welcome to the Kanto pokemon club, where gamers can discuss the Kanto Region and all of its pokemon!
This is for both R/B/Y (Retro) and FR/LG (Advance). The first 2 members will become super-admins (which have co-owner status), the next 3 will be admins, and the rest will become minions
with a chance to upgrade to admin with my permission! (All rankings are served after a 3 day period, to make sure you regularly post etc)~
~Rank FAQ~
Owner - This entitles you full and uncontested ownership of the club. It is the number 1 rank, and over-rides any other, unfortunatly, only I have this title, allows me to ban, unban, approve, disapprove, upgrade or downgrade ANY member as I see fit (Dont worry, if you stick to the rules, you will be fine!).
Super Admins - This entitles you to: Warning and banning members that disobey the rules or SPAM, welcome or disapprove new members, and 'run' the club alongside me. This is available to 2 members only (May increase if the club gets bigger), NOMINATE members to be upgraded to admins. Start and close topics.
Admins - This entitles you to: Warning members that disobey the rules or SPAM, welcome members to the club, start and close topics.
Minions - This is the lowest rank, it entitles you to: Start your own topics, comment on issues etc, but no outright banning etc, you may welcome approved members. If you prove your worth, you will be upgraded to admin.

*When you join, please select a Kanto pokemon to be your avatar!*
*Any member can start a topic, and multiple topics can be going on at the same time!*
*Have fun, and although debates etc are allowed, no flaming or insulting (members that do this will have a warning, followed by a ban)!*
