These are the jobs that we need done on the website.
Episode Guider - Writes guides for every single Pokemon episode; I don't care how you get the episodes; the police might...(15)
Gamecube Guider - Writes walkthroughs and info pages for games on the GCN; must have an actual Gamecube; ::gasp:: No!(3)
Manga Guides/Screens - Reads all the Pokemon manga and writes guides; must have a scanner and image editor; (2)
Spriter - Makes random sprites that are needed on the forum(5)
Map Maker - Makes maps of all new routes and zones; gathers maps of old routes and towns; uses overworld sprites from R/S/E(3)
TCG Expert - Makes pages about the Pokemon TCG; must have a good knowledge of the game; needs to know good advice for decks, new cards and techniques;(4 or more)

The Midnight Umbreon will feature walkthroughs of every single Pokemon game. It will have daily news, release dates, pre-release news/pictures and more!
TMU is set to be finished by December '06/January '07!

Word of Advice. GET RID OF THE FRAME ASAP - they are so annoying. I should know, I use one on my own site and people hate it. I'm just saying - you need a standard layout, alot of people hate Framed sites.

The only reason I haven't changed over is because I don't know enought HTML to design a layout, I also dont have any fancy programs like Dreamweaver. x.x

Which is exactly why I can't... I'm going to go and look for a new layout that I can steal. Not from a site, from a layout site.

Well, completely new layout. I deleted the old layout and got this new layout. I said, "Wow, horribly ugly but... I can work with it." So, I unzipped the files and got out my trust-dusty color picker and made half pretty. I'm still working on my layout so that is why none of the other pages are in that format. I'm trying to make so that the banner changes with each one so if you know, PM me.

Yeah, but do you need extra length at the bottom or do you do another CSS thing, I can't remember what they're called, for the bg-color:#blah? BTW, Silverwing, I e-mailed you about the sprites.

I suggest choosing more aesthetic colors for your layout. Red and Black tend to put strain on a viewer's eyes.

404 pages are very irritating, I really suggest you don't put up your website until it's almost done with a suitable amount of content. If you're really itching to put up your websites, then you shouldn't put up 404 links to begin with. Irritating your visitors usually leads to an unhappy group of people who, chances are, won't bother to check on your site to see how finished it is.

Also, your D/P page has no layout. Changing layouts or getting rid of one between pages distracts your visitors and usually ends up confusing them. After being used to one layout, they get a sense of "home" or "likeness", and switching between layouts without their warning/notice disrupts that. I don't know whether you're still working on the page or not but I just wanted to point it out.

I'm aware of all those things because right now, I'm trying to get the layout right. So almost none of the links work right now.
What colors should I switch to? Which are most relaxing and easy on the eyes?

Well, do you mean like my FTP program? Or the program I use to edit my files? I use SmartFTP and Notepad++. Both are free. Just google'em.

I don't use one, I just use a table and then upload it. And, no, I don't pay for it. My sister has given me a sub-domain from her site. Hers hasn't been worked on for about six months. Take off the /new to see how looks now.

There's different combinations of colors that go easier on the eyes. I use this site at times to create a color palette so that I'm able to blend colors together better.

It has a lot of neat options. My advice is just to play with it until you've got a group of colors that you're happy with.

May I suggest that, rather than use Invisionfree, a remotely hosted script, you use a downloadable BBS (such as MyBB), so that you have more control over what the board is and does? Of course, if for some reason this is not feasible, disallowed by your host's Terms of Service, or you just prefer Invisionfree, then disregard this.

This site looks promising; if you can follow through with what you say you will do, I look forward to becoming a visitor. ^_^

Tell me what you think of it. The alternate styles don't work yet. I need some ideas for a more Umbreonish style. I was thinking a black and yellow. I'm still not sure yet.

I would use PHPbb or something if there is a way to transfer your settings and stuff from your IF board. I tried using one but I couldn't figure out the MySQL thing. Help?

Also, can ayone on here skin?

I don't believe you can, as you don't have MySQL access on IF (well, last time I played around with an IF Board, you didn't). However, chances are, your community or administration may get sick of the limiting Invisionfree and wish to move to an on-site BBS. The earlier you make the transition, the easier. Unless you don't make the transition, which is possible as well. But, if you ever plan to, like I said, the sooner the better.

As for your new layout, personally, I don't like how the footer is a bridge between left and right navigation. And, there's not much of a range of shades, which personally, I think would be better if there was. However, I do think this is better than the last one.

For now, I'm just going to stick with IF for now. Later, I might switch to a site-hosted board.

Also, do you think I should have the shades start dark in the content box and get lighter as they go out or vice versa?
