Not a bad deck at all. I think they call this deck, Soul Control.
I think it would be great that in the near future konami creates monarch fusions.
I'd add:
Sakuretsu Armor
Dust Tornado
Compulsory Evacuation Device
Smashing Ground
Premature is a Given
Reinforcements of the Army

i only have 4 warriors so reinforcments is just a waste of space
what should i take out for compulsary, dust and sakaretsu?
sry but i fergot to mention i dont have any smashing grounds, cyber dragons and ddassailantsill tell u when i do
as of now fissure is replacing smashing

yea i think it would be awesome if they came out with none tributes for the monarchs and fusions

You have 5 warriors
Take out sakuretsu for evac.(I recommended evac, so you can use the monarch's effect again b/c once you use it up the 1st time, it's rpetty much useless afterward, in spite of its attack.)
Royal Control sounds interesting

I would add one Mystic Swordman Lv.4 because it has decent stats to survive most non-tribute monsters. (Except for about 5, and about 10 can do a 1-1 kill).

yea but the thing that sux bout lvl. 4 is u have to play him face doen if u wanna normal summon him
i still dont know if i should put in reinforcements but what would i take out for it if i did
i took out a bottomless for a compulsary but was thinkin about takin out a widespread for another( Tyranitar i liked ur idea with it )
Im still workin on gettin all of the jacks, queens and kings knights for my royal control deck!
does anyone know if there is a fusion for them? i thought i heard there was but idk

this deck just won my local tourney and i think ill take it to reginals!!!

o yea should i add some gravekeepers spys / gaurd or nimble momongas to gaint he speed of this deck

Soul Exchange runs perfectly with the monarchs(as does V-Lord) b/c of their effects. Monarch's effects serve a way better purpose in a duel than their attack.
A Cost Down for a Monarch is not a good idea; its effects are only activated after it has been "tribute summoned" successfully. :-/

should i add nimble momongas or gravekeepers spy to increease the speed of this deck or not add them at all
should i take out zaborg(just realized he can kill himself with his own effect) or thestalos (beacause of al;l of the dark worlds)
for granmarg, jinzo, vampire lord, end of anubis, or another mobius?
