I agree with the fact that Bronzong looks unrealistic.

When I first saw Spiritomb, I thought: !*%(!!)*!#$*)#!!$$@#!%$%&(!))@!~@#%%&~?????
... But I don't consider it unrealistic. A spirit locked away in an ancient rock as punishment for a horrible crime it commited? I believe that ghosts exist, which is why I don't find this unrealistic. ^_^
A Pokemon that I do find unrealistic... Porygon and its evolution line. It looks like a duck that took part in an insane scientific experiment.

Yeah actually, almost all pokemon aren't realistic, I must agree aout ditto anyway. It TRANSFORMS!!! In other unrealistic pokemon!!!

For some reason I Raikou. Of all the Legendary dog Pokemon Raikou looks the oddest. Especially with that purple stuff on its back.
