The move "surf" without water!!!!

Because the attack animations are turned off. >>;; Same as all the other attacks used by Pokemon during the clip.

under options when u first start the game u can turn off animations and other stuff... try it

Oh yeh your right it happens when you choose battle scene 'off' & thnx for anwering, now mods feel free to close this.
