Here are the rules!
1) No flaming.
2) Don't question how long it takes.
3) If requests are closed, DO NOT REQUEST!
4) Only 3 banner request per week.
5) Only a limit of 3 Pcitures, one must be bigger than the other 2 for the image fading (See banner 2)
6) If you want a Profile Picture, the part of the image you want must be smaller that 100X100. (See Profile Pic 2)
7) Just common sense.
8) Don't use the Examples please.
9) Give credit.
