I have a team of six Lv. 100 non-legendary, non-uber Pokémon, and I can quickly put together a team of legendaries. I can keep them at Lv. 100 or do a flat battle. I can battle under any rules, unless you want to restrict it to only OU-tier or only Uber-tier. I'm trying to fill my Pal Pad to 32 entries before X and Y are released, and I've got 17 entries to go, so I'm not picky.
