How does trading work withing the RPG players. Say I want to trade one of my pokemon for another one of the RPG players, are we allowed to interact?

Yo pokemon rulez!!!!!, just asking, after when we catch a pokemon do we reply as continue or do you send us the next pm? And since Holon is where the Pokemon TCG Expansions' Delta Species Pokemon come from, why isn't there Delta Species Pokemon and for that matter the Holon Tower?

Asking for more detail on the story?
I think more is needed aswell, but so far it seems fine.
I would really like to know how we interact with other people tho.
