I think that, since the differences between Ghetisis's theme are marginal(literally ONE instrument) between BW and B2W2, I think it's OK to not mince claims between the two versions...

Well, no one has claimed Ghetsis' Theme, so just go ahead and claim B2W2's. If they are the same, then no one can claim BW's.
