Zebstrika @ Muscle Band
Adamant/Jolly
- Motor drive
- Wild Charge
- Flame Charge/Overheat
- Return
- Thunder wave

Anything wrong with this Zebstrika?

Zebstrika is frail (like every some Electric types not called Ampharos, Thunderos, Zapdos and a few others) so Lefties is a wasted item slot. If you want, you can put Overheat over Flame Charge as it would be your only special move and Return gives neutral damage..

I need help with this Lax Suicune !!!

Okay, so I went to go make a team for battle subway and I decided to use a suicune. When I saw that my suicune was Lax - in-game with no connection to GTS and I really want to use it. So my question is, what would be the best ev spread with a Lax suicune. I was thinking this...

Suicune@Leftovers
Pressure
252 hp/100 def./ 156sp. def/ 6 speed
~ Substitute
~ Calm Mind
~ Scald / Surf
~ Ice Beam

Please help, I was thinking of using latios, but I can't get one of those ( long story).

Eevee and Gallade <3
Hows this? I was thinking to do this....

Gallade @ Expert Belt/Leftovers
• Steadfast/Justified
• Naive
• 252 ATK, 252 SPD
- Shadow Ball/Night Slash/Shadow Sneak
- Psychic
- Close Combat/Brick Break
- Ice Punch

Plenty of Un-frail Electric types. Electivire, Zapdos, Thundurus, Luxray (avec intimidate), etc.

I love Gallade (it's my second favorite Pokemon)

For a moveset, i recommend Drain Punch (if you can) or Close Combat. Psycho Cut or Zen Headbutt. Night Slash is good too. For the final, Leaf Blade, Thunder Punch, or Ice Punch works, based on your team. All three are good, and have advantages, so it's your choice. As for nature, I am unsure what Naive does, but as a suggestions, I say run Adamant or Jolly if you could. Gallade is an attack user. Ability wise, whichever you have. Both have ups and downs, so it's whatever you get your hands on

Anyone have a good moveset idea for a Adamant, Moxie Krookodile? I was thinking:

Krookodile
• Moxie
• Adamant
• plan: 252 in Attack and Speed each, 4 in Hp
- Earthquake
- Crunch
- Thunder Fang
- Fire Fang

This might work better. I dunno, that's what I did. :\

^Ah, I stand corrected, although Luxray I am certain is frail.

One word. Intimidate. Luxray can actually take a hit because of it.

Ok so would Zebby be able to be a mixed attacker/sweeper as well?

oh derp this is what i get for not checking the thread regularly. here are some sets i'll probably be putting in after a couple of minor changes to evs and etc:

• Fearow @ Leftovers/Scope Lens
• Sniper
• Jolly/Adamant
• 252 Atk/252 Spd/4 HP
- Drill Peck
- Drill Run
- U-Turn
- Return

• Arbok @ Leftovers
• Ability: Intimidate
• Nature: Careful
• EVs: 252 Hp / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
- Gunk Shot
- Aqua Tail
- Earthquake / Sucker Punch
- Coil

• Wailord @ Leftovers
• Oblivious
• Careful
• I don't know EVs so correct me if I am wrong (252 HP/252 SpD/4 Atk)
- Curse
- Avalanche
- Waterfall
- Bounce / Return

• Scyther @ Eviolite
• Technician
• Jolly
• 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
- Swords Dance
- Aerial Ace
- Brick Break
- Bug Bite / Roost / Quick Attack

^ Everything looks good although I'd run Life Orb on Fearow. It kinda needs the power more than the Lefties gain or the crit-boosting of Scope Lens. It can't take a hit and Scope Lens relies on luck to work.

Also got a few sets to recommend for the OP since I'm surprised they haven't been covered:

Terrakion @ Life Orb / Muscle Band / Leftovers
• Justified
• Jolly Nature
• 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
- Swords Dance / Rock Polish
- X-Scissor / Substitute / Earthquake
- Rock Slide / Stone Edge
- Sacred Sword / Close Combat

Excellent type coverage just between his STAB moves so a third coverage move is really just filler. It can also boost with either Swords Dance or Rock Polish.

Cobalion @ Life Orb / Muscle Band / Leftovers
• Justified
• Jolly Nature
• 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
- Swords Dance
- Substitute / Stone Edge
- Iron Head
- Sacred Sword / Close Combat

Doesn't get Rock Slide for some stupid reason so it has to use Stone Edge if it wants a Physical Rock Type move.

Cobalion @ Life Orb / Wise Glasses / Leftovers
• Justified
• Timid Nature
• 4 HP / 252 Sp. Atk / 252 Spe
- Calm Mind
- Hidden Power Ice / Substitute
- Flash Cannon
- Focus Blast / Hidden Power Fighting

Movepool's kinda shallow but it's got just enough to use this type of set. Besides, its base Special Attack is equal to its Attack and Calm Mind patches up its lower Special Defense stat. HP Fighting can be used if Focus Blast's accuracy bothers you although it means you can't use HP Ice. Also, aside from Speed and better Defenses on both sides, Lucario kinda outclasses this.

I'm sure this has already been mentioned in the previous thread but, Heat Wave could be slashed with U-turn to get some extra coverage. Supporting Final's suggestion to use a Life Orb. 90 Attack isn't the best and with 65 defences, Fearow really needs to cause as much damage as possible.

Parasect @ Leftovers
• Dry Skin
• Careful
• 252 HP/252 Atk/4 Def
- Spore
- Swords Dance
- Brick Break
- Seed Bomb/X-scissor

An attempt to make Parasect able to KO something.
Spore for Sleep. SD for setup.
Choose your STAB and Brick Break for coverage.

Options: You could use Agility to raise that awful speed with a Jolly nature and 252 Spd/252 Atk/4 HP.

Brave Hippowdon w/ Leftovers

The point is to gradually inflict damage w/ Toxic, Sandstorm, and Sand Tomb.

Bold Registeel w/HP Fighting

Would a bold registeel with HP Fighting be useful in anyway or able to run a set?
If it can, may you able to tell me the set?;379;

Adamant will only increase Shuckle's attack by about 5 points. Not worth it at all. Might as well put it into one of the defences where the difference is ten times greater.

Sp-def jellycent wall?

Jellicent @ Leftovers
Calm Nature
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Defense / 252 Special Defense
~ Recover
~ Toxic / Will-O-Wisp
~ Shadow Ball
~ Scald / Surf

Eh. You could also use a Bold Nature and invest in Defense to take Physical moves better.

Recover is standard fare. Toxic or Will-O-Wisp for status. Shadow Ball for Ghost Type STAB since Hex sucks. Shadow Ball has a consistent base power but Hex is dependant on status which is why I prefer Shadow Ball. Scald can be used alongside Toxic for sort of a dual status type of set while not sacrificing an Attack while Surf is stronger. Use Surf if using Will-O-Wisp as Scald becomes redundant alongside Will-O-Wisp. Either ability is fine although I prefer Water Absorb because it gives Jellicent a Water Immunity. Cursed Body can work with a bit of luck. Other options include Ice Beam and Energy Ball depending on what your team needs. Probably use them over Shadow Ball if you wanted to use either of them.

Luxray deserves a few sets, methinks.

Luxray @ Leftovers
• Intimidate
• Calm / Bold
• 252 Hp / 4 SpA / 252 SpD or 252 Hp / 252 Def / 4 SpA
- Discharge / Thunderbolt
- Toxic / Thunder Wave
- HP Ice
- Protect

Depends on personal preference, but I prefer the specially defensive version because Intimidate is a big help with physical attacks and most of the types Luxray resists are physical attacks. Protect for ToxicStalling / Lefties recovery. It also helps to ParaStall, but that's not as useful.

Luxray @ Leftovers
• Intimidate
• Calm / Bold
• 252 Hp / 4 SpA / 252 SpD or 252 Hp / 252 Def / 4 SpA
- Rest
- Discharge
- HP Ice
- Sleep Talk

Basically the same as above, except with RestTalk for healing. 80 / 79 / 79 Defenses with Intimidate aren't something to sneeze at when properly invested.

Luxray @ Life Orb
• Intimidate
• Naughty / Lonely
• 204 Atk / 156 SpA / 148 Spe
- Thunderbolt
- Superpower
- Crunch
- Ice Fang / HP Ice / HP Grass

Mixed Luxray. 148 outspeeds something important, I just don't remember what and cba to look it up right now. Alternate spreads include 28 Atk / 228 SpA / 252 Spe Naive or Hasty, and 252 Atk / 40 SpA / 216 Spe Naughty or Lonely.

Luxray @ Choice Band
• Intimidate
• Adamant
• 40 Hp / 252 Atk / 216 Spe
- Wild Charge / Spark
- Superpower
- Crunch
- Ice Fang

Other options include Quick Attack and Return, probably over Crunch. 216 Spe gets no investment Base 95's, which is a fair bit in-game.

Eeesh, lots of slashits for something with such a shallow movepool.

EDIT: Why no CB Aggron? I'm appaled, again.

Aggron @ Choice Band
• Rock Head
• Adamant / Jolly
• 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
- Head Smash
- Earthquake
- Aqua Tail
- Ice Punch

Unfortunately, this mostly requires Gen 4 Move Tutors. Iron Tail / Iron Head is acceptable as a secondary STAB if this is unavailable. All that's really left is Shadow Claw, Double-Edge, or Brick Break, although Head Smash is so ridiculously powerful that most aren't worth it. Running Rock Slide is another choice to solve PP issues.

Luxray gets Wild Charge which is a stronger STAB move than Spark abeit with a little bit of recoil damage. Also with Aggron, Head Smash is fairly powerful so if a move can't outdamage it against something, said move is probably not worth using (ie. a resisted Head Smash does more than a neutral Return) Just thought I'd point it out.
