this is the official 1-2 pokemon challenge thread!!!!!

what is the 1-2 pokemon challenge?

the 1-2 poke challenge is where you can only use 1 or 2 pokemon, depending on your choice.

you can either try and beat the whole game from litleroot to the champion's room with 1 pokemon, or you can try and beat the game with 2 pokemon, but you cannot use no more (unless its an HM slave)

rules and objectives/options

1. you can only use 1 or 2 pokes, depending on how many you want to use.

2. you can't use Ubers

3. the challenge ends and is complete after you beat the elite four

4. no trading from other games!

5. update how you are doing in this thread time to time


you can use any pokemon but Ubers. Ubers are not allowed in this challenge.

if you want to try this challenge, just post here if you are going to use 1 or 2 pokemon, and what pokemon you are going to use.


NEW TWIST TO THE CHALLENGE!!!!!!!!!!! (optional)

if you want an even bigger challenge, you can let other people choose pokemon for either your 1 poke or 2 pokes team!!!!! if you want other people to choose your pokes, just say that you want people to suggest pokes! it makes an even tougher, more fun challenge!

For me it's gonna be hard to finish BF with one pokemon. And you need 3 pokemon for challenges so i can't finish BF.

oh, lol you don't have to beat the BF to beat the challenge, you just have to beat the E4.

Im gonna use Heracross and Starmie

And you'll do that how? Neither is found until over halfway through the game. Who are you going to use until then? If you use other pokes, that'll be against the challenge.

Lol, I do this all the time when I just want to get through my game to get a legendary, TMs, etc for another game. I alwaays blaze through with just my starter, and sometimes with another pokemon depending on whether or not I feel like it.
