The Orange League?

I thought the Orange league had a league. Ash won the match against Drake and he won the Orage league. Didn't they say you must get 4 badges and defeat the champion then you can enter the Orange league. Ash didn't went there, anyone knows why? Is it maybe ash is the only one who defeated Drake?

Satoshi earned his badges. He beat the champ. He was entered into the league as someone who defeated the champion. Entering a league doesn't literally mean going further on into a league.

The Orange league works just like the Pokemon games elite 4 challenge. ypou beat 4 gym leaders (the elite 4 in the games) then take on the champion, and by wining win the league. And yes Ash was the first to beat Drake (sicne he Draginite was undefeated) however was not the first to win the league as shown by the portrait hall and the episode about the guy with the ghosts who also won.
