the perfect Wobbufett?

just wanted to know what nature, moves EVS teh perfect wobbu has.
im guessing nature is negative attack or SP attack sumthing like that

i just wanna annoy one of my friends who uses sweeping ubers and stuff like rayquaza, kyogre, groudon, latios, Swampert and sumthing else and i wanted to use a Wobbu and or Skarm/Bliss to own him so i wanted to know how to train all three to perfection please.

Don't use charm... it can mess you up when doing the counters because they won't attack and you waste PP. Use destiny bond over safeguard unless your friend uses a lot of moves like toxic/will-o-wisp. Encore for certain is 100% necessary because you need it to take the guess work outta what move he'll be making.

I'm more of a Slaking man, not a Wobbuffet man. Just work on it's defenses and you'll be fine.

Yeah pretty much max EVs in HP, then maybe Speed (Get in Safeguard before foe gets a PSN or BRN in, it's something!) Prepare to get hated by your foes tho. Oh and LIPSTIFFET will be hated even more! And if you could...

Defenses people! And by the way, destiny bond is so much pwnier than safeguard, honestly, who uses safeguard anymore? I gave mine Impish, focus band, counter, mirror coat, encore, and destiny bond. But still, Slaking has my vote! My Slaking could annihilate any Wobbufet any day with it's Hyper Beam! (unless it survived with focus band and used counter cough cough)
