Thundurus, activate your ability. Now, hide behind Latias as the icy wind is coming. if Latias could not protect you from the icy wind, use incinerate to melt the icy wind, aim it at froslass if it has enough power.
If latias did protect you from the icy wind, use bulk up and await further instruction

Blissey use Flamethrower to warm yourself from the icy winds and hit Froslass in the process.

If that won't work, don't do that and instead crowd close to Nidoking and Volbeat and use your own Icy Wind to cancel out the other ones before Volbeat has the chance to bring out the sun inside this house at night time.
