IMO Starmie is easier to use and could win based its moves.

Pinsir doesnt have bad moves as they can work to win but it wouldnt be as easy so thus I choose....

Yeah how do I put this...the name needs to be a combination of your username and the pokemon, so that the refs can tell who is who.
