Most likely done, but I just wanted to give it a random name.... and the comic may have plots sometimes.

I read the do's and dont's. So... sorry if I did anything wrong. One one recoloured pokemon is in the comic, one of the main characters... becomes one of the main characters, just one recolour. All of the rest are normal coloured, trust me.

Good comic, it looks quite promising. However your attack effects need work if they look anything like that Hyper Beam.

Sorry, I didn't have any battle animation of Hyper Beam. So I made my own and figured that Hyper Beams... are full of energy and very hyber. Like my terrible drawing of one.

I was unaware of the Clefairy Show, I didn't meant to steal the idea.

Hmm well the grass background is very gritted and the story is a bit ... off to say the least. Maybe you should make it a little less weird. And a male Raichu liking a male Clefairy is either reffered to as 'gay' or 'homosexual', a lesbian is the term used for a female homosexual.

Sorry, I could try to fix the grass. And I didn't know the term for male gay, so sorry. The first two comics were introductions for the first two main characters, Clefairy and Ditmer. There will be a better story that will be random too, don't worry.

I'm going to try to make another comic later.

Well, the graphics may need to get better (the Hyperbeam for one) and the backgrounds, but still it's okay so far. Randomness is so cool. It's what I am. Whee! And you spelt Grimer wrong. No double m's.
