If you use Burning Jealousy on the turn Zacian shows up in battle, will Zacian be Burned due to Intrepid Sword raising its Attack?

If you use instruct on a pokemon but you are the fastest Pokemon does it go after the target you select or does the move fail?

It depends on if the target had already attacked at least once. Instruct makes the target use the move it used last time provided it's not a Max Move or G-Max Move, but it doesn't necessarily have to be on the same turn. So one of two things could happen:

1. If the target hasn't made a move yet, or the target is Dynamaxed or Gigantamaxed, then Instruct fails.
2. If the target has made a move the previous turn, but the Instruct user is faster, the target will make the move it did last turn immediately. If it was a Max Move or G-Max Move the previous turn, but the target is no longer Dynamaxed or Gigantamaxed, the target will perform whatever move became the Max Move or G-Max Move. (The same rule applies for if it used a Z-Move the previous turn.)

Aside from the old Pokemon added back into Crown Tundra, the Hoenn starters and original Linoone and Stunfisk are exclusive to Dynamax Adventures. A handful of otherwise version exclusives can also be caught in Dynamax Adentures without joining on a Raid of a player with the opposite version (e.g: Passimian and G-Max Colassal for Shield players).

Edit: Mentioned a wrong Pokemon, corrected it now.

How do I move Pokemon from GO to HOME?
It's only available for Level 40 Pokémon GO players right now. In case you're Level 40, select Pokémon HOME on the settings and log into your My Nintendo account to link it to your Pokémon GO account. Then proceed to select the Pokémon you want to transfer to HOME however you like. But you can't transfer costume Pokémon, Mega Evolved Pokémon and Shadow Pokémon.

When making a tadpole based Pokemon, you'd expect its final evolution to be a frog. However, in Gen 1, it instead evolved into a bigger Tadpole, and the Frog Pokemon introduced in Gen 2 did not evolve from this original final form. Why did Game Freak choose to do this?

You're asking a question that no one can answer because no one can read the minds of people from 24 years ago.

Perhaps Game Freak thought that Nyorobon (Poliwrath) was the next best thing to an actual frog Pokemon, to the extent that they didn't feel the need to develop another evolution for the species in Gen I.

How do I connect GO(on phone) to HOME(on Switch)?
Within Pokémon GO there will be a New option near the bottom next to the Switch, PokéBall Plus and Pokemon Go Plus devices menu marked Pokémon Home. Once on this menu, press the button, Log in to your Nintendo account that you use on your switch. Then you'll be able to pick your Pokémon to send over. Then Finally, visit your switch and hit the Pokémon Go button on the Menu.

Because that would make it a third evolution, and it appears they decided Pokemon will only permanently evolve a maximum of two times.
So Politoed becomes an alternate stage 2 instead.

What about removing/deleting Pokemon from the Basic Box? Can we do that without paying anything? I need a free slot..
You are free to move some Pokémon out to a Game if you can, otherwise you're stuck having to delete them. You need to do this on the Switch version.
