What do I do now?
In my personal opinion, I find it much easer to EV train your pokemon to lvl 100, since you can find which pokemon to fight that contain the EVs you desire.

Does Agatha (one of the Kanto E4 members) specialize in Ghost or Poison type pokemon? Some of the sources I've seen said Ghost, but I thought she was a Poison type specialist.
Thanks.~

Ghost. The problem was that there only existed one ghost type evolutionary family in Gen 1, so they just supplemented her team with Poison types. So despite the fact that every member of her team is poison type (aside from in Stadium), she is canonically a Ghost type trainer.

Mind you, the Super lines of the Battle Subway cheat and recognize it as a Zoroark instantly, so Illusion is useless there.

The Battle Subway? Cheat?! Good sir, I believe you have it confused with something else. The Battle Subway is an honorable institution and would never cheat. I assure you, those 5 Focus Blasts in a row you missed and the 5 Thunders in a row your opponent hit was purely coincidence.

The three well-placed critical hits that destroyed your team after your Thunderbolt missed (even without any accuracy/evasion modifiers or Hustle) that one time was purely a coincidence as well. *monocle*

Question
:If your ability is changed from levitate in the middle of a battle,do you get poisoned if toxic spikes are active?

Lax Incense/BrightPowder.

Nope. Toxic Spikes trigger when a new Pokemon is switched in, hence why the use of Toxic Spikes doesn't instantly poison whatever opposition is currently active.

I've been reading up on berries for decreasing EVs in gen V games, but am still a bit confused. If my pokemon maxed out (due to just random story-line fighting for example) can I reduce all the EVs to 0 and retrain?

It'll continue to try to use the Psychic move.

I don't know, a Gallade tried to Psycho Cut my Zoroark (illlusioned as a Volconra) and it had no affect, so I don't know that it did recognize Zoroark. However, I knocked it out in the next turn, so I didn't know if the game instantly recognized it was a Zoroark or not from then on (which, incidentally is why I posted this question!)

And I was batting in the Super Single Train.

Yes, it pretty much takes away all your EVs for that particular stat, so if you reduce them all back to 0, then yes, you can train and get the EV points you want.

Thanks I wasn't aware that you had to train them all the way to level 100 for 6v6 battles -thank GF for lucky egg and Audino.

I will have to look at the pokedex thing, then.

You could always buy items like the Power Bracer, Power Anklet, etc. at the Battle Subway or PWT, but you have to have enough Battle Points saved up. (They work much like a Macho Brace, but for a particular stat instead of just doubling the EV stat earned based on the pokemon you fought).

If they really wanted to make her a Ghost typer, they could have given her a Marowak too, it's only appearance up to that point was in a ghost tower, so the player would draw more similarities. Plus it would round off her coverage.

Well, some sub-forums don't allow you to post new threads, some others will not appear immediately, as staff Moderate. But you should be able to post if you can hit "+ Post New thread" in the Subfourm where you can post.

This type of Question should really go here: http://www.serebiiforums.com/forumdisplay.php?8-SPPf-Help-amp-Newbie-Lounge

Also, you really don't want the staff PMing you.

Complete all 16 badge, defeat Red, and make sure Rotom is not in your party. Steven Stone should appear in Silph Co.
