Welcome to the r/s/e mono type challange

Types you canot choose
1.Dragon
2.Electric
3.Ice

the rules are:

1.all you pokemon must share one type but can be duel type
2.if a pokemon evoleves in to a pokemon of your chosen type tou may use it but must evlove it
3.if a pokemon evolves out out your chosen type you may use it but not evolve it
4.you cannot trade to get pokemon
5.the challange end when you beet/catch rayquaza on ruby/sapphire or on emerald beet/catch groundon or kyogre

i will be doing ghost on my sapphire and psycic on emerald

It seems fun, but if you only may have the type you choose, it has to be grass, water, fire. Because of the starters. I would say that your challenge starts after you beat the 1st gym, because then you could choose out almost any types. But I'm doing the R/S/E Scramble Challenge, so I'm not in, sorry.

yeah thats what i was thinking but you could still do dark, normal, flying or bug as you can find pokemon of theese types very early on. you can do fighting because of torchic and shroomish and ground because of mudkip. but yeah as long as you can find the pokemon before the second gym you can use that type

i will start after i complete my scramble challenge
flying types because they have great diversity like tropius, altaria, crobat, etc
