Hmm...well I'm not one t usually rate fake cards, but I think this could use some work. Specifically in the art department; get rid of those white dots. Also the words and energy seem to be off, maybe its just me...and don't you think for a Pokemon like this it should be stronger? Maybe make use of Imprison?

This was done on Paint, no? I can tell by the white and grey pixels from the Sugimori Art. Needs a bit of work with the text. Read the tut.

It will turn out well if you follow the tut!

ooohhh, sorry to say but this gets a 2/10
only because i like the background of the pic and the pokebody is good, but the attack isn't that good, the pic of mikaruge looks just like an imported sprite and as jhonny said, quite hard to read
