The real fastest Pokemon

What would you consider the fastest Pokemon?

Before you reprimand me, let me explain.

-Speed Deoxys has the best base speed.

-Ninjask has the second best speed, but it can gain speed each turn.

-Jumpluff can use Sunny Day to become the fastest.

-Electrode can use Thunder Wave to become the fastest.

-Luvdisc can use Rain Dance and three Agilities to become the fastest.

So, what do you find to be the real fastest Pokemon?

Speed Deoxys. The start is thebest moment to kill. Yeah, kill.

Ninjask-Gaining speed every turn can't be beat.

Ninjask. For battle, Speed Deoxys would be best, if there wasn't that small, small chance it could get OHKOed if their opponent survived a hit.

But the REAl fastest pokemon is rapidash,no doubt about it.

Speed Deoxys is fastest though with one speed boost Ninjask outruns it. Even though Extremespeed outruns Ninjask always.

I voted Deoxys (speed) because of Extremespeed and the first blow sets the mood of battle.

Jumpluff after Sunny Day will be faster than anything without a priority move. Since you can't depend on an opponent having a priority move, Jumpluff is the fastest.

Well, I thought of it.

On one turn Jumpluff can use Sunny Day and outspeed Ninjask with one Speed Boost.

Luvdisc has to go to great difficulty and modifications to become the fastest.

For Jumpluff, using Sunny Day means that its cells are becoming more active and it becomes twice as fast quickly.

Speed Deoxys is indeed fast, but Jumpluff can quickly accelerated to become super fast.

Edit: I didn't think Electrode would be the fastest since he just makes everyone else slower. I just put that on here because other people may think differently.

Luvdisc is faster than Seaking though, and doing the same thing will still make Luvdisc faster.

But Tekkanin has even worse defense than Deoxys Speed (hell, its defenses are about as horrible as Deoxys Attack).
