What I would like to know from you guys is : WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE REGIS? If they were the key to get Rayquaza or Deoxys I would understand, but no. They aren't even stronger than non legendary pokemon. What is your opinion and is anybody out there who actually has them on their team?

The purpose you say. Well, since the dawn of time. There has been 3 Legendary creatures in each of the Regions. The 3 Birds of Kanto, the 3 Beasts of Johto and the 3 Golems of Hoenn. The purpose of them is actually unknown to most, but they are there to test your knowlegde of Braille. That all really, but it isn't. There just there because you they needed 3 more legends to put in the game. The only above average stats of them are there Defenses. Huge, like walls. I have all 3 and they haven't been out of thier box since. For me they are only for Pokédex purposes only.

I think that they are there to be there. Just another pokemon to add to the pokedex. I actually like learning braille through trying to get them, and got to know it quite well.

personnally, with all the trouble that you have to go to get them, i dont think its worth it. besides, if i got them i would not even use them, i never use legendarys.

Yeah,but such a sense of anticlimax afterwards. I was really proud of finding all three on my own:I didnt even know what I was looking for,but the hunt was fun.

in my opinion the regis aren't worth while to use unless your trying to be funny and teach them explosion just to piss somebody off but since there so slow they'ed die before hand unless if there lucky that is. and thats just about all i have to say about the regis.....lowsy pieces of rock

I used them in my other account, before I deleted it and started fresh. I used them at the BF, all at Lvl. 50.

I never use them. I never use legendaries except for Suicune. But they're there for the fact that each generation has a trio of varied typed Pokemon...

well, im got a lv 100 regice, with +420 sp. def and pretty strong moves, it are pretty good so.. no they arent useless (at least 1 of them arent..)

I used them for the tough contest heh heh, explosion for the finishing move
gets loads of hearts.

Regice is, just like his name implies, the King of Ice. It's special defense rivals even that of Shuckle's. Regice is hands down the best ice type. The other two have good stats, but I don't like them too much.

They're very defense oriented. No wonder mst people don't use them. Regirock is the exact opposite of Regice, and Registeel is exactly in the middle stat wise. I've used Regirock and Regice before, but it was not a very serious battle.

Among the birds, dogs and regis, i hate the regis the most. I did use them for a short period of time but realised they suck. Their good moves were self-damaging moves. The data is the only value they have.

For me, they are walls, but not very attacking.
In all, I think they are the best trio, since they aren't overpowered and you can use them in the BF or tournament.

Man, what is the purpose of, I don't know, Luvdisc or Lickitung? The same! But Regis have better stats and are way cooler than those =P

I thought that Groundon, Kyorgre and Rayquaza were the hoenn trio and the regi's were just some extra legendary's that the pokemon people thought of, and maybe the pokemon people thought it would be fun to get these pokemon, for a mystery, and they're in the 8th movie plot, I never use the regi's though, i'm a trainer who always looks at attack, I specialise in attack pokemon, pokemon that have good attack and can KO the other pokemon easaly, thats why I don't use the regi's!​

The regis are the honen trios. The trios are always powerful but not as powerful as Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza. Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza belongs to the group where Mewtwo,Lugia and Ho-oh belong.
