The Rocket Covert Ops. Team
Introduction: Team Rocket was started by a Gym leader named Giovanni. Giovanni created Team Rocket to help him rule the world with his pokemon but shirtly after team rocket began other plans started to become their focus. They created a genetics lab this branch of the rocket organiaztion was to make the perfect pokemon using all the resources they had they created a pokemon called Mewtwo using the dna of the legendary mew and many other pokemon. The only problem with Mewtwo was he was to powerful to be contained he escaped only to be returned by means of an unknown force. Another lab is the Advancement To Power lab this was the lab that was behind the project of forced evolution it had only got their evolution machine to work once. it had evolved a magikarp into a gyarados the gyarados is said to have disappeared into the wild and the ATP lab to had been defeated by a group of rookie trainers. The final department for the the rockets was Thievery the least productive of the three but most important there are two branches to this department Lower thievery such as stealing pokemon for research or stealing them for additional troops or just money to fund other labs. The other branch is high thievery such as getting important devices such as the sliph scope and stronger pokemon that the lower branch cant handle. But there was a Team unbeknownst to the other gropus started by giovanni himself this was the group that caught and returned mewtwo to their leader. Stopped the ATP lab due to the Administrators running the operation had been removed from team rocket for treachery and hoped their machine would get them back in. This team was The Rockets Covert Ops. Team.
Scene: The scene is at the beginning of ruby saphirre and emerald. Giovanni has sent the Spec. Ops to Hoehn because he heard of some secret organizations doing what the rockets do here. The story will begin as the team soars over the border into Hoehn either on pokemon or in a chopper i haven't decided yet.
Plot: As stated early the team is there to inestigate crinimal activities the work of teams magma and aqua. team members recieved this briefing.
"You've all been sent on this mission to try and uncover the plans of team aqua and team magma. I'm dropping you off at the scene of their latest appearance a small town near the coast of the continent called Sky harbor the teams were battling over something you need to find out what it was and their next move. I'll be in touch and if you need transport or reinforcements ust call and I'll gladly oblige also try and set up a few business' for us to help further our grip in this land. I'll Contact you later for a report on your progress.

Spec. Ops will follow the two teams around and try and foil their plans or preferably accomplish what they set out to do. They will often be confronted by trainers trying to be rightous and fight for good these trainers will range from strong to weak. Sometimes in groups or all alone they will be nothing but a nuisance. The team will be trying to stop these pests as soon as posible to get back to their mission. Each operative will have a different but necessary talent to bring to the table (no super powers like fire conjuring or telepathy please). The team will almost always be following the plans of team aqua and magma in the game but will occasionally be traveling to all new locations to start a business or two.
the team will probably consist of 5-6 members not counting myself maybe more if i think it will not cause overcrowding. So now for the sign up sheet:

Apperance: Bar sports some Mid-shin length combat boots with black jeans covering them down to the ankles. He has a studded belt around his waist with a small pouch containg 5 pokeballs each a different color to signify its contents. he wears a long sleeve black shirt with gleaming silver plate-mail covering his forearms and black fingerless gloves with metal knuckle studs covering his hands. his entire body is covered by a long black leather duster covering his body which barely doesn't touch the ground there are red Rs on each shoulder. he has a small almost lipless mouth and emerald green eyes esually covered by goggles when riding a pokemon. He has spikey 2 inch long green hair with black tips his hairis cut into a edgey uneven crew cut with hardly any on the sides and a spikey tangley mess on top. He carries a small leather back pack which doesn't hold much ever because everything of value is in his pants or duster pockets. He stands at about 6'3" inches with an above average build.
History: bar joined the rockets on his sweet sixteenth birthday he joined because he was tired of being a trainer like every body else and wanted to be making some cash for raising his pocket monsters. he was just a grunt running around doing pointless robbery and roughing up those who were getting to loud. on one mission an administrator noticed the focus and intensity he put into battling and asked if hed like to be a gym trainer for a little while. Bar agreed because he was starting to become bored of the whole robbery thing. when the admin said gym trainer he really just meant to see if giovanni had a better use for his talents and he did thats when Bar joined The Covert Operation team.
Personality: Bar can be focused at times but is usually just doing things for thrill. he has an unusually big mouth that can sometimes spout off smartalecy things. But when the going gets tough there are very few people to have on your side better than Bar gain his trust and you'll have until you die. He has amazing people skills which are good for getting the details from strangers.
Pokemon (no legendaries please): Nidoking, Charmeleon, Ivysaur, Wartrotle, Shiny Gyarados ( the forced evolution one)
Talent/Skill: Bar is a master of stealth therefore making him an excellent scout he can be right behind someone and they'll be none the wiser.
Other: Bars pokemon unlike most rocket pokemon he raised them himself with no genteic additions just practice and using the rocket gym equipment. His starter was Nidoking (nidoran then) and he stole the others except for Gyarados on his first day of working with the rockets.
