Here's a revised moveset, I made they were moves somewhat capable of obtaining, feel free to ask for heart scales, I have 867 on my hacked Diamond.

All comments in bold.

PKMN1
Pokemon:Charizard
Level:50 Not a great level, but it'll have to do.
Nature:Careful Considering Charizard is a Special Attacker, this is a horrible nature.
Moves:
Hidden Power (Depends on what game you have, I should have probably asked)
Roost (TM51, Route 210 or defeat Falkner)
Flamethrower
Air Slash (Heart Scale, move relearner)

Summary:
Your Charizard is lacking in the stat department, try to only use it on pokemon who are weak against it. Effectiveness chart {x}
As for Hidden power, I would like to know what type it is, either attack a wild Kecleon with Hidden Power and tell me what type it converts to, or use a calculator. Here's a manual, and IV calculator {x}
