please, i need your opinion, are they strong?

Read the forum title: 3rd generation, not 4th generation!
Also, using only attacking moves on your Pokémon is a really bad idea.

You can’t. Only a mod can do that. And it will probably be locked anyways since there is already a topic for D/P movesets.

U can't, mod will. You need more non-attack moves, but that is very good.
