First, here's a shortcut way of doing this, say/PM if you have a better one.
Okay, the easy way of writing in Unowns is to type your message in Notepad first. Write it in small letters, and put a , before each letter and a ; at the end. It also helps to use new lines instead of spaces, as that makes it clearer.
For example:
,h,e,l,l,o;
,t,h,e,r,e;
Next, press ctrl+h to bring up the replace window.
Put in find , and put in replace ;;201-
It should now look like:
;; 201-h;; 201-e;; 201-l;; 201-l;; 201-o;
;; 201-t;; 201-h;; 201-e;; 201-r;; 201-e;
...except without the spaces. All you need to do now is delete the first ; at the start of every line to get:

Now copy it into your post, and you should get:
