I have finally gotten all of these to lv 100 and am wondering weather or not i should change any moves. Also I'm am wondering what Items I should give them (note charizard should have charzardite y but the others can have items.)

Mega garchomp looks awesome it may not serve a practical purpose but it is still cool.

I know I need to make changes althogh I would like to not make to many changes to the natures but its okay if I have to.

Well you can only mega evolve one Pokemon per battle so carrying two Megas is kind of pointless.

You also don't list Natures, Abilities, or EVs so there isn't much to go on for recommendations.

I'm not saying you couldn't make this team more viable, but it needs a lot of work and we need more details in order to give you better advice.

Offering my thoughts on some of your team here. I won't comment on Celebi as I don't use Legendaries so I don't bother looking up or thinking up movesets for them.

Charizard w/Charizardite Y
Timid Nature, Blaze ability (becomes Drought on Mega evolution)
EVs: 252 Sp. Atk. / 252 Spe / 4 HP
- Solar Beam
- Flamethrower
- Protect
- Overheat

Talonflame w/Leftovers or Sitrus Berry
Adamant Nature, Gale Wings ability
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def

Ditch the special moves on Aggron and Garchomp: both of them only have a base SATK of 60, which is a waste of their talents.

I'd personally suggest scrapping that celebi altogether, and either get one with a modest/bold/calm nature or use an entirely different pokemon. Since all of celebi's even remotely useful physical moves are exclusive to 4th and 5th gen move tutors (sucker punch, zen headbutt, seed bomb, to a lesser extent trick) you're either stuck to using a moveset consisting of recover/swords dance/baton pass/U-turn or being completely outclassed by almost every physical attacker in OU.

considering this is in-game, mentioning "OU" is kinda useless, since neither Battle Maison nor in-game NPCs care about it.

But you're correct on Physical Celebi needing the 5th Gen Tutor move.
