That would be False if you mean feral birds, as I have only seen pigeons today. If you include pet parrots, I have seen seen about 4 species today which makes the statement True.

No clue. Although considering I'm American and my great-grandmother was half-Mongolian, King John (mathematically proven to be an ancestor to 44 out of 45 presidents, Van Buren is the exception) and Genghis Khan (some 16 million traceable descendants) seem likely.
