That's right, that's not a typo. It's got souless, beady eyes, disgusting orange growths on it's cheeks, one of the worst colour combonations I've ever seen, chunky fins, slimy little paws, and looks like a deformed puppy mutant. I have absolutely no idea why people think it's cute.
Registeel, Mewtwo, the rest of the Hoenn starters, all of the Kanto starters except Ivy and Bulba, Volbeat/Illumise, Scyther, Ledyba/Ledian, all the Hitmons, the Machop, Abra, and Beldum lines, Ugglybuff, and many others are all runners up.
If anyone says Ursaring, Steelix, or Gligar I'll [censored]..

ivysaur, marshtomp, kyogre (it´s just a shark with glasses I love kyogres, but it´s kinda ugly...) gloom, sudowoodo, nosepass, medichan and cacturne.

Hmm.... There are a few pokemon who I think are ugly, but there is one that never fails to make me make a face like this -> o.0 whenever I see it and that pokemon is Exploud.

I also think Milotic is ugly, too. I don't see the "beauty" people see in it. It just looks like a big, fat snake with long sideburns to me. "Most beautiful pokemon of all", paw! There are pokemon who are 10x more beautiful and they are Arcanine, Rapidash, Suicune, Altaria, and Lapras to name a few. I even think Nidoqueen is prettier.

The pokemon I meantioned are pretty self-explanatory.

A lot of "ugly" pokemon are cute and charming like relicanth.
