right. now, this isnt exactly a team rate, but it's here for you to put forward ideas for pokemon that you think are great in the Battle Frontier, and have very few problems. include movesets as well. as my team-rate thread proves, i am not a very good moveset person, so i dont have any contributions as of yet...

Salamence, starmie, metagross, snorlax, tyranitar, regice etc.

Anything that can sweep and anything that can take a hit from one or both ends of the attacking spectrum and can deal some damage back.
