The Ultimate Pokemon Game

I don't know if you guys know, but Satoshi Tajiri anounced a few years ago that pokemon will have 7 generations. Were in the middle of 3rd and 4th count it in the middle, so its been 10 years.

In another 10 years when pokemon will be coming to an end, is there going to be the final ultimate game?

There will be aorund 900sh-1000sh pokemon by that time. Maybe the game will include all pokemon and regions and badges, and so on. I was just wondering what people on SPPF would say 'bout this.

And when did Tajiri announce that there would be seven generations in all? Such a long term projection would be rather silly to issue. Do you have a link to an article of some sort that would support this?

Then I don't believe you. Seriously, why should they stop? They're making loads of money that Nintendo depends on! They'll stop when they stop making a profit anymore.

Like everyone else, I'm skeptical, but to go along with the topic...

I think that an ultimate game would be pretty cool. Either one giant game with every Pokemon game on it, or a combination of all the games in one story.

Well it may be true.

I remember reading somewhere (properly a rumour) that there are already 1,000 pokemon that have been created. They just need to create the games to go with them.

Well if they're gonna be 10 gens then pokemon & pokemon games will continue to i'm 'bout 25-27 or more years old, due to that many games will come aswell as new pokemon, so i don't mind that happining & curenttly just waiting for MD blue/ranger/D/P, & for the ultimate game this might happen when they have to end pokemon or something & i'de like to see that ultimate games has all pokemon & you can travel between regions

That's what they would think about XD ten years before it released. Really, we're getting invisibility cloaks by the end of the decade, who knows how much technology could advance? Although it might be quite what xXGreivousXx said, it'll probably be something equivalent, if not better.

I would love a world game where you can start in one region, have your adventure then move to the next region.

Just like the anime did from Kanto to Hoenn.

Just think about all the possible events this game could have:
-The Orange Islands
-The Whirl Cup (new cups being flame and leaf)
-Water Races (from Movie 5)
-The P1 Fighting Tournament
-Pokemon Catching Contests (bug, fishing, etc)
-The Big P Pokemon Ranch Race

you could also have the cities u here bout in the anime like the la rousse city or whatever and hopefully the AI would be a lot smarter and harder. and maybe they'd include orre as like a region u can go to after u complete the other 3 of the 4 we have thus far

IT would totally rock out loud if they could fuse all the games. Maybe add a game featuring the Orange Islands and link Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, The orange island and it would be cool if they could have Oore on gameboy.
