Colors: Yellow, Red, anything else you think will make it look appealing.
Font(dafont.com): don't have a particular one, but if you have something that looks....tribal like, try that.
Text: Pokémon Kingdom Tournament
Text Color: whatever fits with the color scheme, I'm not going to be picky.
Dimensions(h x l): Same size as the banners on the first page length wise, but a little bit taller.
Notes: I don't have a clear idea of what I want, but I've seen your previous work so I'm sure it'll look great.

Might try a pop out banner then if it doesn't otherwise.
Wanted to use a color from every Pokemon, so made the text the same color as Sharpedo.
Font isn't really tribal but it fits imo.
