Guess Who's Back?
Deep underneath the sea near Sootopolis City, there's a huge dome sticking out of the water, called the Sea Dome. It is part of the largest battle facility in the world, which is entirely underwater. It's an elite, invitation-only place where only the greatest of trainers are allowed to tread. Yacht-like submarines transport trainers from all over to the platform above the water with an elevator on it. There are five facilities in this wonder of the world: The Sea Dome, which is a giant dome, with 10 floors, one floor for each trainer level. Trainer stars are awarded by participating in the battle resort. The Tetra Maze is a facility with dozens of mazes, one for each type of pokemon. The Legendary Arena is the only facility where you can use legendary pokemon, but only legendary pokemon are permitted. The Pokemon Derby is a race for pokemon. You can bet on the pokemon to win. The Safari is where you go to catch rare pokemon, and the trainer with the rarest pokemon wins the contest. There is a safari for each type of pokemon, just like with the Tetra Maze. There are five star rooms for each trainer. There's a Breeding Center too, and next to it, there is a Pokemon Grooming Center. The Underwater Battle Resort has it all. There's a Pokemon Center stationed outside every facility, so you can heal your pokemon after a day's hard work. However, the resort is in a higly dangerous area, with scores of natural disasters occurring a year.

There isn't much plot. You explain these different buildings, but do not provide any story for people who would want to participate. What is the point of it? Ok.. it's a place for the best trainers in the world to train. If people sign up, are they playing trainers? Who built this place? Why? When? There's just no point besides saying "here's this place with these areas and you could do this here."

You don't have a sign up form, making this a rule-breaking thread anyway.
