• Hi all
    Just a notice, we recently discovered that someone got into a moderator account and started hard deleting a load of key and legacy threads...around 150 threads have been lost dating back to 2007 and some weeks ago so we can't roll the forums back.
    Luckily no personal data could be accessed by this moderator, and we've altered the permissions so hard deleting isn't possible in the future
    Sorry for any inconvenience with this and sorry for any lost posts.
  • Hi all. We had a couple of reports of people's signatures getting edited etc. in a bad way. You can rest assured this wasn't done by staff and nobody has compromised any of our databases.

    However, remember to keep your passwords secure. If you use similar passwords to elsewhere which has been accessed, people and even bots may be able to access your account.

    We always recommend using unique passwords, and two-factor authentication if you are able. Make sure you're as secure as possible

I really don't see how the fact that you only like 6 Pokemon introduced in BW means you dislike the region in terms of cities, towns, terrain, et cetera. But to each his own, I suppose.

Unova has a handful of really great pokes but I think there are also some really bad ones and in general its just not as good as other generation, I'm also not a fan of the unova map, it seems to planned and boring.

I can say it's a great region,but I hate how N turns good at the end.
If he turned good,then why didn't help us beat Ghetis????

In my mind the graphics are a giant step up and I like MOST of the pokemon introduced as well!

Also, to the above poster, you just KOed all of his pokemon, and he used his potions on your pokemon, and then he flied away for no apparent reason... O wait, you may have point there.

N was supposed to be the Deuteragonist...

But yes, the region have some flaws and the thing that it lacks the most is a water route.
It's a pity you can't get Frilish earlier..

N was always trying to be good but Ghetsis brought him up to have evil ideals. In the end he was just weird guy who really loved pokemon, once he learned the truth about Ghetsis and that his life and aspirations were a lie.

N was always good, or rather what he thought was good. And how would he beat Ghetsis? All of his Pokemon had fainted, since you had defeated him.

The one thing I was disappointed with was the E4 was too easy IMO. Your Pokemon get fully healed before it's over to make it even easier!

Hoenn felt huge, compared to Unova.

I just don't have the desire to explore Unova as there doesn't seem to be many opportunities to meander away and to get lost.

Sinnoh was only better because of the vs seeker(really what does it take for GameFreak to remember what they learn from pass successes), Other then that the while the individual areas felt big the overall region felt smaller.
