The View From Her Head (poem)

FlamingRuby

The magic of Pokemon
This Pokepoem is dedicated to May...it's told from Beautifly's POV...

"The View From Her Head"

What all can I see by sitting atop my master's head?
I see the boys she is close to, and how they love her in return

There's the boy with the hat, I see him dreaming of being a Master
There's her younger sibling, who's smart as smart can be
And then there's the eldest, who as wise as he is
Does not know the proper way to behave around a female

What all do I know about my master from sitting on her head?
What thoughts are there swirling about in her brain?

I think she dreams of becoming a contest Master,
And I try my best to help her achieve that dream...
But her other thoughts I only can dream of, as I sit here atop her head.

The Compromise
It's ok, Flaming Ruby. Simple, and nice.

...

I don't really like it, though, sorry about that. It is just a little short, and I don't think it has any sparkle that attracts me to it. It doesn't exactly introduce any new views, any hints of what the butterfly is thinking about herself, her opinion of her trainer, her personality. It just says things that any watcher of the anime could figure out themselves. *shrugs*

Meh, I'm not the best reviewer on poetry. I just think it is a little plain, ordinary. Well, better luck next time. Sorry again.

"It is my destiny."
Aww, it's a bit rushed? *hugs* Well, it was okay. A Pokemon's POV. Hmm. Almost like my one-shot...Well, anyway, even though it was short, I still like it. Beautifly's thoughts...

Hee hee. Pretty cute. She sees everything on top of May's head. Yep. Yes it may be short and rushed, but it's okay. Good try though, and good job (at the same time). Keep it up.

♥Kutie Pie♥ Please be kind to midgets!

Eh...

Its okay... I just think some of the lines sound a bit awkward, then again, that may just be my slight bias towards ryhming.

Whatever...

Ya know, you don't have to try to post poems every day....
