An untouched is level 1. Also, my raikou that is up for trade hasen't been traded yet, and meanwhile I got a level 24 vespiqueen.

Yesterday I got Cranidos, Murkrow and Stunky, all female (I play Pearl, so now I have all the exclusive to Diamond Sinnoh pokemon ^.^). I traded them for a Purugly, Glameow, and Misdreavus. Put up my untouched Palkia for a Level 100 Weavile ;] Worth a try.

EDIT: Oh yeah, and a female Feebas with a crappy nature, but atleast I can breed it =]
