Theme towns

Who else has got the new nintendo power? Isn't their town amazing? Who else has tried this? I'm working on a lava town. I think you can see it on nintendo powers official website. They made a water resort town. Maybe we all could make a town project?

I've seen many screenshots of people who have done so. May I ask you though, if you have the issue, do they actually give you a step-by-step process on how to create the patterns? If so, I may buy it.

No, not all at least. Some they show the texture with grids.. And others, like the realistic water they give step to step. Don't know which issue, but March's issue.

201. I'm still waiting for mine. I'm hoping to do roads in my town leading to everyone's home and the stores.

I've only put the water around my house and the tree I put near it... I "Blocked" it off with the block patter pascal gives you. It's pretty neat... I'll probebly go full scale after Nook's and my house have both completly upgraded.

What I really want to do is make a sprite-ish town, with a ground that looks like it's from Poke'mon or Zelda... and have random Link patterns everywhere.

The block patter? Don't you mean the block pattern from Wendell?

And I'm waiting for the issue as well. I'll probably get it February 1 or 2...but this article sounds interesting.

The latest issue is February 2006 right? What is on the cover it - cuzz my Subscription doesn't start until February when I get the March 2006 issue...

I might end up getting Animal Crossing: Wild World in the future considering everyone who owns a DS virtually owns this game.
